关于检测朝鲜族交流模式的探索性研究

【摘要】：从文化特征出发,构建朝鲜族交流模式的区分框架,并制定出朝鲜族交流模式的检测标准。依托SPSS for Windows version 18.0的真实调查问卷进行了实证分析。分析结果验证了谦逊型、他人激励型、理直气壮型和慎重倾听型等四个参数的有效性,且在各个参数分类中剔除了不符合参数构成原则的项目,最终能满足参数构成条件的项目共计34项。
[Abstract]:Based on the cultural characteristics, the paper constructs the distinguishing frame of Korean communication mode, and formulates the test standard of Korean communication mode.Based on the true questionnaire of SPSS for Windows version 18.0, this paper makes an empirical analysis.The results verify the validity of the four parameters, namely, humility, motivation by others, integrity and listening carefully, and the items that do not conform to the principle of parameter composition are excluded from each parameter classification.There are 34 items which can satisfy the condition of parameter composition.
