重大突发事件中《人民日报》官方微博的舆论引导力研究

【摘要】:《人民日报》是中国共产党中央委员机关报,也是中国的第一大报,其官方微博自2012年7月22日注册发布以来,已经在微博平台拥有了超过330万的粉丝,发布了超过4万4千条微博,成为了微博平台中的第一媒体。舆论引导力是衡量新闻媒体地位的重要标志,也是我国新闻媒体的重要职责之一。我国人口众多,民族种类广泛,社会的贫富差距很大,由此而产生了众多的分歧与矛盾,在互联网层面则表现为:大众对于同一事件由于立场不同往往秉持着不同的意见,甚至这些意见相互抵触。如果对于负面言论不加以控制,那么将产生严重的后果,例如网络谣言的传播、社会矛盾的激化、思想的偏差、对社会信任度的降低等。传统媒体本身具有较强的权威性,借助新媒体更有利于导控社会舆论,引导人们的思想,维护社会稳定,更有利于和谐社会的建设。人民日报官方微博的舆论引导力对于处在互联网平台的受众意见整合具有重要作用。本文选取了以重大突发事件为切入口,选取了昆明火车站暴力恐怖袭击事件、马航MH370航班失联事件、上海外滩跨年夜踩踏事件三个重大突发事件案例,以人民日报官方微博的反应为线索,分析内容与数据,并结合“议程设置”、“沉默的螺旋”、“意见领袖”等相关理论知识,选取微博平台中的大量信息研究对比,通过研究人民日报官方微博在典型重大突发事件当中的报道、评论等内容,分析其在舆论引导力方面的能力强弱,找出其引导过程中出现的问题,并提出改善意见。本文的目的,是通过分析人民日报官方微博在重大突发事件中舆论引导的表现,找出其优势和问题,为处于新媒体发展浪潮中的传统媒体提供继续竞争的参考意见。
[Abstract]:People's Daily is the organ of the CPC Central Committee and the largest newspaper in China. Since its registration and release on July 22, 2012, its official Weibo has had more than 3.3 million followers on the Weibo platform.Released more than 44, 000 Weibo, has become the first media in Weibo platform.The leading power of public opinion is an important symbol to measure the status of news media, and also one of the important duties of news media in our country.China has a large population, a wide range of ethnic groups, and a wide gap between the rich and the poor in society. As a result, there are many differences and contradictions. On the Internet level, people often hold different opinions on the same incident because of their different positions.Even these views contradict each other.If negative speech is not controlled, it will have serious consequences, such as the spread of Internet rumors, the intensification of social contradictions, the deviation of ideas, and the reduction of social trust.The traditional media itself has strong authority, with the help of new media is more conducive to the guidance of public opinion, guide people's thinking, maintain social stability, more conducive to the construction of a harmonious society.People's Daily's power of public opinion guidance plays an important role in the integration of audience opinion on Internet platform.In this paper, three major emergency cases are selected: the entrance to major emergencies, the violent terrorist attack at Kunming Railway Station, the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines MH370 flight, the Shanghai Bund Trans-New year stampede.Taking the reaction of People's Daily's official Weibo as a clue, analyzing the content and data, and combining the relevant theoretical knowledge such as "agenda setting", "Silent Spiral", "opinion Leader", and so on, the author selects a large amount of information in Weibo platform to study and compare.By studying the reports and comments of People's Daily's official Weibo in typical major emergencies, this paper analyzes the strength of People's Daily's ability in guiding public opinion, finds out the problems in its guiding process, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The purpose of this paper is to find out the advantages and problems of People's Daily's official Weibo's public opinion guidance in major emergencies, and to provide a reference for the traditional media in the development of new media.
