青年公务员思想政治教育存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：当前,青年公务员已成为我国公务员队伍的中流砥柱,他们作为国家意志的执行者和人民“公共利益”的维护者,在社会主义现代化建设事业中发挥着举足轻重的作用。青年公务员思想政治素质的状况代表着党和国家的形象,关系着国内政治的稳定和国家利益的根本实现。随着我国经济的不断发展和改革开放的不断深入,各种文化和思潮相互交流,相互激荡,相互融合,一些似是而非、带有政治倾向的思潮不断影响和充斥着青年公务员的思想。同时,由于青年公务员处于人生和职业发展的特殊时期,他们更多的面临和承受着来自职业发展和家庭、经济方面的压力,致使青年公务员思想政治素质方面出现了一些问题。因此,全面系统的研究青年公务员思想政治教育,提升青年公务员思想政治素质刻不容缓。本文通篇紧紧围绕青年公务员思想政治教育存在的问题和对策研究这一核心。基于对青年公务员概念、特征及青年公务员思想政治教育特点的分析,提出了加强我国青年公务员思想政治教育的依据和重大意义;随之,总结和概括了当前我国青年公务员思想政治素质和思想政治教育存在的问题,在深挖存在问题原因的基础上,最终从四个方面提出了增强青年公务员思想政治教育实效性的一系列办法和策略。
[Abstract]:At present, the young civil servants have become the mainstay of the civil servants in our country. As the executors of the national will and the defenders of the people's "public interest", they play an important role in the cause of socialist modernization.The ideological and political quality of young civil servants represents the image of the Party and the country, which is related to the stability of domestic politics and the fundamental realization of national interests.With the development of our economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, all kinds of cultures and ideological trends communicate, stir and merge with each other, and some specious and political trends constantly influence and flood the thoughts of young civil servants.At the same time, because young civil servants are in the special period of life and career development, they face and bear more pressure from career development and family, economic aspects, resulting in some problems in the ideological and political quality of young civil servants.Therefore, a comprehensive and systematic study of ideological and political education of young civil servants, improve the ideological and political quality of young civil servants is urgent.This paper focuses on the core of ideological and political education of young civil servants.Based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of young civil servants and the characteristics of ideological and political education of young civil servants, the paper puts forward the basis and significance of strengthening ideological and political education of young civil servants in China.This paper summarizes and generalizes the problems existing in the ideological and political quality and ideological and political education of young civil servants in our country at present, and on the basis of digging into the causes of the existing problems,Finally, a series of methods and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for young civil servants are put forward from four aspects.
