社会组织党建:目标取向与实践逻辑

【摘要】：社会组织党建是促进社会组织健康有序发展的重要保障,其目的并不在于加强对社会组织的内部控制,而是希望实现党的领导与社会组织依法自治的统一。十八大以来,社会组织党建工作成效显著,随着工作力度的增强,党组织覆盖率明显提升。然而,组织覆盖缺乏延展性、工作覆盖缺乏实效性的问题不容忽视。借鉴结构化理论的视角,加强社会组织党建工作,既要持续改善外部结构,又要有效激发内部行动者的能动性,通过外在压力和内生动力的共同作用,最终实现社会组织党建的目标。
[Abstract]:Party building of social organizations is an important guarantee to promote the healthy and orderly development of social organizations. Its purpose is not to strengthen the internal control of social organizations, but to realize the unity of the leadership of the Party and the autonomy of social organizations according to law.Since the 18th National Party Congress, social organizations have achieved remarkable results in party building, and with the strengthening of the work, the coverage rate of party organizations has increased significantly.However, the lack of organizational coverage and lack of effectiveness of work coverage can not be ignored.From the perspective of structured theory, to strengthen the party building of social organizations, we should not only continuously improve the external structure, but also effectively stimulate the initiative of the internal actors, through the external pressure and endogenous power of the common role.Finally realize the goal of social organization party building.
