全媒体视域下突发公共事件智能媒体应急平台研究

【摘要】：本文通过透视目前应急广播传播效果有限的原因,探讨了媒介融合给政府管理带来的社会变革,分析了全媒体视域下媒体应急平台的系统模型基本工作流程,并由此研究了媒体应急平台在沟通协调、舆论引导、应急报道、全媒体汇聚、多通道发布与多终端接收等多方面的应急机制,最后提出应将应急报道工作看作一个系统工程进行科学的管理。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the reasons for the limited effect of emergency broadcasting at present, this paper probes into the social change brought by media fusion to government management, and analyzes the basic work flow of the system model of media emergency platform under the whole media horizon. And from this, the media emergency response platform in communication coordination, public opinion guidance, emergency reporting, all media convergence, multi-channel release and multi-terminal receiving and other multi-emergency mechanisms. Finally, the emergency report should be regarded as a system engineering for scientific management.
