政治生态视角下中国政治稳定问题研究

【摘要】：政治稳定是政治学学科研宄的重要问题，也是影响国家与社会发展的前提问题。维护政治稳定是我国社会发展的必要条件。现阶段，我国也正处于转型时期，各种社会矛盾和问题频繁发生，影响了我国社会的发展和进步；同时，我国也处于飞速发展的黄金时期，经济、文化等各方面的发展都需要稳定的社会政治环境。政治生态是对一个国家及地区政治生活现状的反映，是相对于自然生态、社会生态、经济秩序而言的，是一个国家党风、政风和社会风气的集中体现。政治生态具有开放性、多样性与平衡和谐性的特征。在我国现阶段，政治生态出现了一定的问题，腐败现象丛生，这在一定程度上影响了中国社会政治稳定。影响了社会的全面发展与进步。因此营造良好的政治生态对促进我国政治稳定具有重要的意义。十八大以来，以习近平为总书记的党中央加大反腐力度，提出减少腐败存量，遏制腐败增量，不断地净化政治生态。通过从政治生态的特征来分析政治生态与政治稳定的关系，可以得出：政治生态与政治稳定之间存在着千丝万缕的关系，二者相互影响、相互促进。良好的政治生态可以凝聚人心、净化风气，同时也与党为人民服务的宗旨保持高度一致，，为政治稳定提供了思想基础与环境基础，可以从根本上维护社会政治稳定。营造良好的政治生态，要协调处理好干群与党群关系；处理好国家权力与公民权利的关系；要进一步发展与完善社会主义民主政治；培养造就一支勤政廉洁的干部队伍，为良好政治生态的构建提供保证；坚持贯彻依法治国，用法律维护社会公平正义。此外，除了通过以上途径保持政治系统本身的良性运行之外，还要处理好政治与经济、文化、社会与自然的关系，为政治的发展创造良好的环境，为良好政治生态的形成提供外部条件。
[Abstract]:Political stability is not only an important issue in political science research, but also a prerequisite for national and social development. Maintaining political stability is a necessary condition for the social development of our country. At this stage, our country is also in a period of transition. Various social contradictions and problems occur frequently, which affect the development and progress of our society. At the same time, our country is also in the golden period of rapid development, the economy. The development of culture and other aspects need a stable social and political environment. Political ecology is a reflection of the current situation of political life in a country and a region. It is a concentrated embodiment of a country's party style, government style and social ethos, as opposed to natural ecology, social ecology and economic order. Political ecology is characterized by openness, diversity and balance and harmony. At the present stage of our country, there are some problems in the political ecology and corruption, which to a certain extent affects the social and political stability of China. Affected the overall development and progress of society. Therefore, it is of great significance to build a good political ecology to promote the political stability of our country. Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has intensified its anti-corruption efforts, proposed to reduce the stock of corruption, contain the increment of corruption, and constantly purify the political ecology. By analyzing the relationship between political ecology and political stability from the characteristics of political ecology, it can be concluded that there are inextricable relations between political ecology and political stability, and they influence each other and promote each other. A good political ecology can condense people's hearts, purify the atmosphere and maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party's purpose of serving the people. It provides the ideological and environmental basis for political stability and can fundamentally safeguard social and political stability. To create a good political environment, we must coordinate and handle the relationship between cadres and the masses, handle well the relationship between state power and civil rights, further develop and perfect socialist democratic politics, and train a contingent of cadres who are diligent and honest in government. To provide guarantee for the construction of good political ecology, to persist in governing the country according to law, and to maintain social fairness and justice by law. In addition, in addition to maintaining the benign operation of the political system itself through the above channels, it is also necessary to properly handle the relations between politics and economy, culture, society and nature, so as to create a good environment for political development. To provide external conditions for the formation of good political ecology.
