多维度民生状态对政府满意度的影响及其动态效应——基于“中国民生调查”民生关切点入户调查的实证分析

【摘要】：提升政府满意度是建设让人民满意的政府的核心要义。本文基于国务院发展研究中心2014和2015年"中国民生调查"民生关切点入户调查数据,分析对比了收入、就业、教育、养老、医疗和住房等多个民生状态维度对居民政府满意度的影响及其动态效应。结果表明:(1)不同维度的民生状态对居民政府满意度的影响程度由大到小依次为收入、医疗、教育、养老、住房和就业;(2)纵向来看,住房、就业和收入对居民政府满意度的影响有较强上升趋势,教育和医疗的影响则有较明显的下降趋势,养老的影响变动不大。因此,当前的民生工作应首先着力强化对居民政府满意度影响较大的收入、医疗和教育的支持力度,并随民生状态的动态变化有序加强住房、就业和收入等领域民生政策。
[Abstract]:Improving government satisfaction is the core of building a government that satisfies the people. This paper analyzes and compares income, employment, education, and old-age care based on the data of household survey of people's livelihood concerns in "China people's livelihood Survey" in 2014 and 2015 by the Development Research Center of the State Council. The influence and dynamic effect of health care and housing on residents' government satisfaction. The results show that the degree of influence of different dimensions of people's livelihood status on residents' government satisfaction is in the order of income, medical care, education, old-age care, housing and employment. The influence of employment and income on the satisfaction of residents' government has a strong upward trend, the influence of education and medical treatment has a more obvious downward trend, and the influence of old-age pension has little change. Therefore, the current livelihood work should first strengthen the support of income, medical treatment and education, which have a great impact on the residents' government satisfaction, and strengthen the livelihood policies in the fields of housing, employment and income in an orderly manner with the dynamic changes of the people's livelihood.
