移动互联网环境下的电子政务应用模式研究

【摘要】：电子政务是在现代信息技术和网络技术的推动下,政府提供公共服务的新型管理模式。随着移动互联网技术的发展,越来越多的电子政务活动通过移动互联网来完成,因此研究移动互联网环境下的电子政务应用模式具有重要意义。本文总结了电子政务的基本理论和发展进程,分析了我国电子政务当前发展阶段的特点,指出了其中的一些不足,并对我国电子政务应用模式的类型进行了分类。在此基础上,对移动互联网环境下的三类主要的电子政务应用模式,即政务网站、政务微博和政务微信进行了详细分析,对其概念、发展情况、应用方法和应用案例分别进行了说明。本文还在电子政务信息流模型的基础上,重点研究了政务微博、政务微信等新媒体平台中的信息流动,归纳描述出了政务微博信息流模型,并进行了验证。本文通过对上述三类应用模式的分析,对它们的特点进行了分类总结,根据单一应用模式在政务工作过程中所存在的局限性,提出了在移动互联网环境下的电子政务融合协作应用模式。文章的最后,对新技术可能为电子政务应用模式带来的变革进行了展望。
[Abstract]:E-government is a new management mode of public service provided by the government under the impetus of modern information technology and network technology. With the development of mobile Internet technology, more and more e-government activities are completed by mobile Internet, so it is of great significance to study the application mode of E-government in mobile Internet environment. This paper summarizes the basic theory and development process of E-government, analyzes the characteristics of the current development stage of E-government in China, points out some shortcomings, and classifies the application patterns of E-government in China. On this basis, three main kinds of e-government application modes under the environment of mobile Internet, namely government affairs website, government affairs Weibo and government affairs WeChat, are analyzed in detail. The application method and application case are explained respectively. Based on the information flow model of E-government, this paper focuses on the information flow in the new media platforms such as Weibo and WeChat, summarizes and describes the information flow model of Weibo, and verifies it. Based on the analysis of the above three application modes, this paper classifies and summarizes their characteristics, according to the limitations of the single application mode in the process of government affairs work. This paper presents a collaborative application mode of e-government fusion in mobile internet environment. Finally, the paper looks forward to the changes that the new technology may bring to the application mode of e-government.
