族际冲突中族群因素与非族群因素及其相互作用

【摘要】：影响族际冲突的因素可以分为族群因素和非族群因素。族群因素又可分为原生因素和次生因素;非族群因素可分为偶发因素和一般因素。族群因素与非族群因素通过群体身份、历史问题和群体利益相互连结,使族际冲突的当事方产生认知、情绪和价值判断的变化,一方面导致非族际冲突转化为族际冲突,另一方面导致族际冲突升级或转化为更大规模的政治冲突。在应对族际冲突的过程中,应判别族群因素和非族群因素,及时处置由偶发性非族群因素引发的非族际冲突,防范和阻断族群因素与非族群因素的勾连,改善一般性非族群因素以遏制族际冲突的蔓延趋势。
[Abstract]:The factors affecting ethnic conflict can be divided into ethnic factors and non-ethnic factors. Ethnic factor can be divided into primary factor and secondary factor, and non-ethnic factor can be divided into accidental factor and general factor. The relationship between ethnic factors and non-ethnic factors through group identity, historical problems and group interests leads to the change of cognition, emotion and value judgment of the parties to the inter-ethnic conflict, which on the one hand leads to the transformation of non-ethnic conflicts into inter-ethnic conflicts. On the other hand, it leads to the escalation of inter-ethnic conflicts or the transformation of ethnic conflicts into political conflicts on a larger scale. In the process of dealing with ethnic conflicts, ethnic factors and non-ethnic factors should be distinguished, the non-ethnic conflicts caused by accidental non-ethnic factors should be dealt with in time, and the connection between ethnic factors and non-ethnic factors should be prevented and blocked. To improve the general non-ethnic factors to curb the spread of ethnic conflicts.
