支持型社会组织的分类与比较研究——从结构与行动的角度看

【摘要】：支持型社会组织作为一种新型的社会组织形式,主要以培育和提升一线社会组织为组织目标。当前我国支持型社会组织的具体形态大致可分为政府力量主导型、社会力量主导型及基金会力量主导型三类。这三种类型的支持型社会组织近年来在社会组织培育方面均取得了斐然的成绩,但也存在诸多内外部的发展困境。而何种类型的社会组织具有更高的培育绩效、更契合当下的社会发育水平、更具备推广的价值和可能性,则需要我们进行深入细致的学理分析和实践检证。从静态的结构分析视角和动态的行动分析视角对三种类型的支持型社会组织进行全面比较,不失为一个较为系统的思路,可为社会治理及社会政策的制定提供多维度、全方位的依据和佐证。此外,参照发达国家的社会组织培育经验也可以为我们提供很好的镜鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:As a new type of social organization, the supporting social organization aims to foster and promote the first-line social organization. At present, the concrete forms of supporting social organization in our country can be divided into three types: government power leading type, social force leading type and foundation power leading type. These three types of supporting social organizations have made great achievements in the cultivation of social organizations in recent years, but there are also many internal and external development difficulties. What types of social organizations have higher cultivation performance, more in line with the current level of social development, more with the value and possibility of promotion, we need to conduct in-depth and meticulous theoretical analysis and practical verification. From the perspective of static structure analysis and dynamic action analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison of the three types of supporting social organizations, which is a more systematic way of thinking and can provide multiple dimensions for social governance and the formulation of social policies. All-round evidence and corroboration. In addition, reference to the social organization of developed countries can also provide us with good experience and inspiration.
