【摘要】：在当今信息化的时代,世界各国政府都高度重视电子政务的发展,将电子政务的发展程度看做是政府行政管理改革程度和衡量国家及城市竞争力水平的主要标志之一。随着我国信息化产业的发展,我国政府的电子政务建设也取得了一定程度的发展。由于电子政务的实施,我国政府部门的组织架构有了改变,提升了政府运行效率；优化了政府的工作流程,提高了政府管理能力；提升了政府的服务能力,共享了相关的公共信息；增强了对政府相关管理过程的监督,增加了民众对政府廉政形象的认同感。但由于我国电子政务建设起步较晚,相关资源建设存在很多缺陷,使得我国的电子政务在建设和应用方面存在很多的问题。本文采用以相关理论为基础,结合调查研究的方法,对电子政务做了较细致的叙述,说明了我国电子政务建设及发展的必要性和意义,阐述了我国电子政务相应发展情况,探讨了我国在电子政务建设中存在的相关问题。同时,对电子政务较发达的国家进行了有关的探寻,借鉴国外好的经验,提出了一些关于解决我国电子政务建设发展的措施。本文对我国电子政务有关问题的进行了研究,在理论的指导下找出一些解决问题的方法,旨在为我国政府利用电子政务系统进行创新型管理提出一些合理的建议,以便于政府可以更好的为民众提供服务。
[Abstract]:In today's information age, governments all over the world attach great importance to the development of e-government, and regard the development of e-government as one of the main symbols of the reform of government administration and the level of national and urban competitiveness. With the development of our country's information industry, our government's e-government construction has also made a certain degree of development. As a result of the implementation of e-government, the organizational structure of government departments has been changed, and the efficiency of government operation has been improved. Shared relevant public information, strengthened the supervision of the government management process, increased the public identity to the image of the government clean government. However, due to the late start of the construction of e-government in our country, there are many defects in the construction of related resources, so there are many problems in the construction and application of E-government in our country. Based on the relevant theories and the methods of investigation and research, this paper makes a detailed description of E-government, explains the necessity and significance of the construction and development of E-government in China, and expounds the corresponding development situation of E-government in China. This paper discusses the problems existing in the construction of e-government in China. At the same time, this paper explores the countries with more developed E-government, draws lessons from the good experience of foreign countries, and puts forward some measures to solve the development of E-government construction in China. This paper studies the related problems of e-government in our country, finds out some solutions under the guidance of theory, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for our government to use e-government system for innovative management. So that the government can better serve the people.
