对整治官场病的历史反思

【摘要】："官场病"是古今中外官场通病。在新的历史条件下,整治"官场病",就要集中整治形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风这"四风"。对整治"官场病"进行历史反思,深刻认识"官场病"本质上是国家体制病,深刻认识整治"官场病"是社会主义国家的历史性课题,从而立足于斗争的长期性、战略性,坚持打好有谋划、有准备、有成效的攻坚战和持久战。整治"官场病",总体战略方针是:标本兼治,综合治疗。
[Abstract]:Officialdom disease is a common disease in Chinese and foreign officialdom. Under the new historical conditions, the "four winds" of formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism and extravagance must be concentrated in the rectification of the "disease of officialdom." Through historical reflection on the rectification of "officialdom disease," we have a profound understanding that "officialdom disease" is essentially a disease of the state system, and a profound understanding of the rectification of "officialdom disease" is a historic subject of socialist countries, thus based on the long-term nature and strategic nature of the struggle. Persist in planning, preparation, and effective combat and protracted war. Renovate "official disease", the overall strategic policy is: both symptoms and treatment, comprehensive treatment.
