甘肃省女性公务员生活质量现状及相关影响因素研究

【摘要】:目的:调查甘肃省女性公务员的生活质量和主观满意度现状,以及不同人口学特征对其产生的影响,研究其主要影响因素,为政府机构在管理和教育工作方面提供客观依据。方法:本文以生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI一74)为调查问卷,用分层随机抽取的方法抽取甘肃省内兰州、金昌、张掖、平凉四个地区,再从市级机关到基层行政单位抽取共230名调查对象,现场指导完成问卷调查。结果:1.总体来说,甘肃省女性公务员的客观生活质量和主观满意度在中等偏上水平,社会功能满意度最高,物质生活满意度最低。2.不同人口学特征对甘肃省女性公务员生活质量的影响情况显示:生活质量在50岁以上组主、客观满意度均最差,30岁以下者组客观满意度最好,客观满意度差异有统计学意义(P0.05),主观满意度差异无统计学意义(P0.05);学历越高生活质量越好,客观满意度差异有统计学意义(P0.05),主观满意度差异无统计学意义(P0.05);省会城市兰州地区生活质量明显低于其余三个地级市,主、客观差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);已婚者生活质量较未婚者好,主、客观满意度差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。3.影响女性公务员主观满意度的主要因素是婚姻和家庭、负性情感、经济收入、社会支持以及运动与感觉功能等五个因子。4.对自己生活质量总体评价的主要影响因素为自尊、经济状况、业余娱乐、躯体不适感、住房、工作与学习以及负性情感等七个因子。结论甘肃省女性公务员的客观生活质量和主观满意度均处于良好水平。但50岁以上组、低学历组、兰州地区组以及未婚组的生活质量相对较差。应关注她们的身体健康、工作压力、经济收入、情感生活以及业余娱乐生活等,加强心理健康教育,预防心理障碍及工作倦怠等发生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life and subjective satisfaction of female civil servants in Gansu Province and the influence of different demographic characteristics on them. Methods: a comprehensive quality of life questionnaire (GQOLI-74) was used to select Lanzhou, Jinchang, Zhangye and Pingliang in Gansu province. A total of 230 subjects were selected from municipal authorities to grass-roots administrative units, and completed the questionnaire survey. The result is 1: 1. Generally speaking, the objective quality of life and subjective satisfaction of female civil servants in Gansu Province are at the middle level, social function satisfaction is the highest, and material life satisfaction is the lowest. The effect of different demographic characteristics on the quality of life of female civil servants in Gansu Province showed that the subjective and objective satisfaction degree of the female civil servants over 50 years old were the worst and the objective satisfaction degree of those under 30 years old was the best. Objective satisfaction had statistical significance (P0.05), subjective satisfaction had no statistical significance (P0.05); the higher the degree of education, the better the quality of life, objective satisfaction had statistical significance (P0.05), subjective satisfaction had no statistical significance (P0.05). The quality of life in Lanzhou, the provincial capital, was significantly lower than that in the other three prefectural cities, and the subjective and objective differences were statistically significant (P0.05); the married people had better quality of life than those who were unmarried, and the subjective and objective satisfaction had statistical significance (P0.05). The main factors influencing the subjective satisfaction of female civil servants are marriage and family, negative emotion, economic income, social support, movement and sensory function. The main factors influencing the overall evaluation of their quality of life were self-esteem, economic status, amateur entertainment, physical discomfort, housing, work and study, and negative emotion. Conclusion the objective quality of life and subjective satisfaction of female civil servants in Gansu Province are at a good level. But the quality of life was relatively poor in the group over 50, the group with low education, the group with Lanzhou area and the group without marriage. They should pay attention to their physical health, job stress, economic income, emotional life and leisure life, strengthen mental health education, prevent psychological disorders and job burnout.
