吉林省政府在大学生创业服务体系中的职能优化

【摘要】：大学生的就业问题作为当前社会背景下所面临的主要问题,尤其是近年来就业岗位竞争环境的日益激烈,大学生自主创业已经成为了解决大学生就业问题的主要途径。然而,由于受到社会环境以及国家政策等多种因素的影响,部分地方政府部门在大学生创业服务体系中的职能优势却未能得以有效发挥。基于此,本研究将以吉林省作为研究对象,提出了目前政府在大学生创业服务体系中存在的问题,包括创业指导保障体系缺失、融资渠道单一、绩效考评机制缺失以及政策宣传不及时等问题,同时结合了当前吉林省政府的实际情况,提出了优化吉林政府在大学生创业服务体系中的职能建议,通过对政府职能中的信息完善,以此来为大学生提供创业激励保障机制,并积极引导大学生建立自主择业体系,通过多种方式发挥出吉林省政府在大学生创业服务体系中的职能作用。通过本研究的分析,不仅可以提高当前大学生的创业意识,同时也将发挥出吉林省政府部门在大学生创业体系中的积极引导作用,解决目前存在的大学生就业问题,为推动吉林省的可持续发展提供了理论支持和帮助。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students is the main problem in the current social background, especially in the increasingly fierce competition environment of employment in recent years, the self-employment of college students has become the main way to solve the employment problem of college students. However, due to the influence of social environment and national policies, the functional advantages of some local government departments in the entrepreneurial service system of college students have not been effectively brought into play. Based on this, this study will take Jilin Province as the research object, put forward the existing problems of the government in the university student entrepreneurship service system, including the lack of entrepreneurship guidance and guarantee system, the financing channel is single, At the same time, combining with the actual situation of Jilin provincial government, this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the function of Jilin government in the service system of college students' entrepreneurship. By perfecting the information in the government function, we can provide the incentive and guarantee mechanism for the university students to start their own businesses, and actively guide the college students to establish the system of choosing their own jobs. Through a variety of ways to play the role of Jilin Provincial Government in the service system of college students entrepreneurship. Through the analysis of this study, not only can the current college students' entrepreneurial awareness be improved, but also the government departments of Jilin Province will play an active guiding role in the entrepreneurial system of college students, and solve the existing problems of college students' employment. In order to promote the sustainable development of Jilin Province to provide theoretical support and help.
