大数据环境下的政府信息服务创新:研究现状与发展对策

【摘要】：大数据时代的政府信息服务开始向个性化、智慧化、泛在化方向发展,政府信息服务创新面临新的机遇和挑战。在梳理归纳大数据环境下国内外政府信息服务创新研究现状的基础上,从数据资源角度,指出数据开放与共享、大数据分析技术、数据隐私与安全等是中国基于大数据的政府信息服务创新应注意的关键问题,并从体制机制、技术框架、政策扶持等方面提出大数据环境下政府信息服务创新的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Government information service in the era of big data is developing towards individuation, intelligence and ubiquity. Innovation of government information service is facing new opportunities and challenges. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the research status of innovation of government information service at home and abroad in the environment of big data, this paper points out the data opening and sharing, and the technology of big data analysis from the perspective of data resources. Technologies, data privacy and security are the key issues that should be paid attention to in the innovation of government information service based on large data in China.
