跨族群共识的价值及建构初探

【摘要】：跨族群共识是不同族群和睦相处、和衷共济、和谐发展的基本前提。在理解社会共识和族群共识的基础之上,结合族群与民族国家研究领域的思想共识,跨族群共识可以理解为生活在一定时代和地域的不同族群成员,在协调人与人、族群与族群利益的过程中,在价值、规则和行为方面对协作形成超越族群的共同认识。跨族群共识的建构,重要的是在坚持平等的前提下,以族群之间的彼此尊重、协调发展为基础,最终通过提升族群之间的信任来加强族际协作。
[Abstract]:Cross-ethnic consensus is the basic premise for the harmonious development of different ethnic groups. Based on the understanding of social consensus and ethnic consensus, combined with the ideological consensus in the field of ethnic and nation-state research, cross-ethnic consensus can be understood as members of different ethnic groups living in a given time and region, as well as focal points and people. In the process of ethnic groups and their interests, the common understanding of cooperation is formed in terms of value, rules and behavior. It is important to build an inter-ethnic consensus on the premise of equality, on the basis of mutual respect and harmonious development among ethnic groups, and finally to strengthen inter-ethnic cooperation by enhancing trust among ethnic groups.
