公务员考录面试考官评分一致性影响因素研究
[Abstract]:Inspired by the theory of information processing, this study explored whether the factors of examiners, candidates, contextual factors and evaluation factors would affect the consistency of the scores of the candidates for civil service interviews. Among them, the evaluation elements of structured interviews include comprehensive analysis ability, organizational planning coordination ability, post matching degree, adaptability, communication ability, language expression ability and behavior instrument; the evaluation elements of non-leading group discussion mainly include comprehensive analysis ability, organizational planning coordination ability. At the same time, according to the research needs, the basic information such as examiner's gender, examinee's gender and so on are also statistically analyzed. The research uses SPSS 11.5 statistical software, mainly uses the method of calculating Kendall harmony coefficient W value to analyze and analyze the consistency of examiner's score. In general, this study is divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this study, the research survey of the consistency of examiners'scores at home and abroad. At the same time, it introduces the key points, samples and methods, innovations, combs the research ideas and forms the research framework. This paper first expounds the three core concepts of structured interview, non-leadership group discussion and scoring consistency. Then, it explains and explains the basic viewpoints of information processing theory, and further constructs the information processing and decision-making model of civil servant interview candidates on this basis. The third part uses empirical analysis to verify the candidates. The fourth part, based on the results of the study, puts forward the main conclusions of the study. Through the analysis of the factors influencing the consistency of the scores of the candidates in the civil service recruitment interview. Summarize and summarize, put forward the main strategies to improve the consistency of the civil service interview examiner score. Part V, analysis of the imperfections and future research directions, for the follow-up study to provide reference.
