新浪微博政治类微群发展研究

【摘要】：网络塑造了一个虚拟社会与现实政治的复杂结合体。网络实名举报、人肉搜索、网络结社表达等非传统政治生活方式作为公民进入政治过程、向政治系统输入自己的利益主张的重要手段开始改变着原有的政治生态,使得网络在现代政治生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。政治类微群是新浪微博微群中政治性质的微群,是微博用户因某些共同关注的政治话题进行讨论和交流而组成的,突破了物理空间的限制,形成了网络结社参与政治的独特景象,使得现实社团网络化,网络社团现实化,形成了“线上——线下”、“虚拟——现实”的合力作用。微群的迅猛发展“打捞了沉默的声音”,冲破了现有政治参与的藩篱,呈现出现实政治与虚拟政治结合的趋势,在培育政治参与的社会资本、推动民主法治等政治目标的普及、推动反腐的深入、培育公民社会等方面积极功能明显。但也面临着容易引发网络暴力、冲击现有政治秩序、成为政治冲突的催化剂等困境。政治类微群发展的挑战与机遇并存,微群成员趋于稳定,“自留地”优势仍然存在,尤其是微群自身战略的调整会促使其发展的更加稳定。要更好的促使政治类微群的发展就必须要求微群适应新趋势以及基于制度与技术的更好监管,建构基于理性、开放、包容、平等的交流平台,构建以微群为核心的公共领域,强化规章制度的约束作用,更新微群的监管技术。
[Abstract]:The network has shaped a complex combination of virtual society and realistic politics. As an important means for citizens to enter the political process and input their own interests into the political system, non-traditional political life styles such as online real name reporting, human flesh search, network association expression, and so on, are beginning to change the original political ecology. It makes the network play a more and more important role in modern political life. The political micro-group is a micro-group of political nature in Sina Weibo micro-group, which is composed of Weibo users who discuss and communicate with each other on some political topics of common concern, breaking through the limitation of physical space. It forms the unique scene of the network association participating in politics, makes the real society network and the network association realistic, and forms the resultant effect of "on-line-offline" and "virtual reality". The rapid development of micro-groups "salvaged the voice of silence", broke through the existing barriers of political participation, showed the trend of combining realistic politics with virtual politics, and promoted the popularization of political goals such as fostering social capital for political participation and promoting democracy and the rule of law. Promote the depth of anti-corruption, foster civil society and other aspects of the positive function is obvious. But it also faces the dilemma of causing network violence, attacking the existing political order and becoming the catalyst of political conflict. The challenges and opportunities of the development of political micro-groups coexist, the members of micro-groups tend to be stable, and the advantages of "self-retaining land" still exist, especially the adjustment of the strategy of micro-group itself will promote the development of micro-group to be more stable. To better promote the development of political microclusters, we must require them to adapt to new trends and better regulation based on system and technology, to construct a rational, open, inclusive and equal communication platform, and to build a public domain with microclusters as the core. Strengthen the binding function of the rules and regulations, and update the supervision technology of the micro-group.
