新疆事业单位人力资本投入问题研究

【摘要】:随着我国改革开放以及信息化进程的不断深入,近年来我国在各个方面均取得了较快的发展,尤其是对高科技人才的需求也极具增强,越来越多的公共部门、企业、公司重视人才培训。新疆新一轮智力援疆的开展充分体现了政府部门对人才、教育等投入的重视,本文从价值角度出发,以人力资本投入为切入点对新疆事业单位管理中人力资本的投入进行价值计量分析,本文从新疆最基本的人力资本的现状分析,通过收集相关人力资本投入相关的数据进行定量分析,进而反应新疆事业单位人力资本投入中的投入比例以及所创造的贡献价值,通过现状、定量的分析反馈目前新疆事业单位人力资本存在的问题,并对新疆事业单位人力资本的投入提出可行性的建议,对促进新疆经济的进一步发展提供动力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the process of information technology, in recent years, our country has made rapid development in all aspects, especially the demand for high-tech personnel is also very strong, more and more public sector, enterprises, The company attaches importance to talent training. The development of the new round of intelligence aid in Xinjiang fully reflects the importance that government departments attach to the investment in talents and education. This paper proceeds from the perspective of value. From the point of view of human capital investment, this paper analyzes the value of human capital investment in the management of Xinjiang institutions. This paper analyzes the current situation of human capital in Xinjiang from the point of view of the most basic human capital. By collecting relevant human capital input data for quantitative analysis, and then reflecting the proportion of human capital input in Xinjiang institutions and the contribution value created, through the status quo, Quantitative analysis and feedback of the existing problems of human capital in Xinjiang institutions, and put forward feasible suggestions for the investment of human capital in Xinjiang institutions, to promote the further development of Xinjiang economy.
