【摘要】：正2015年10月,自治区主席陈武对《自治区地方税务局关于广西推行"以购代建"模式筹集政策性安置房调研情况的报告》作出重要批示:"地税局的调研报告很及时,所提建议值得很好研究,面上的工作请住建厅负责,扶贫移民搬迁请发改、扶贫办负责"。自治区党委常委、自治区常务副主席唐仁健,自治区党委常委、自治区副主席蓝天立分别对该报告进行了批示。自治区领导的重要批示,充分体现了自治区领导对扩内需、稳增长、惠民生
