“大侨务”观下的乌兰察布市侨务工作现状及问题研究

【摘要】：侨务工作是中国共产党统一战线工作以及中国共产党领导下的中华人民共和国政府的一项重要工作内容,中国共产党在不同历史时期对侨务资源的认识和对侨务工作的指示,形成了党独具特色的侨务思想。新的历史时期,侨务工作也有了空前的新局面, “大侨务”观应运而生。新一代党和国家领导人认识到,随着科学技术的改革、发展以及社会开放程度的进一步深化,侨务工作将面临前所未有的大好形势和有利机遇。积极把握机遇,努力发挥自身优势,做好新常态下的侨务工作,已是当前亟待研究和挖掘的课题。本文将从地方政府侨务部门的工作角度出发,探讨如何转变侨务工作惯性思维,努力完善为侨服务体系,为经济建设献计献策,开拓地方侨务工作新局面,为建设人民满意的服务型政府贡献力量。
[Abstract]:The work of overseas Chinese affairs is an important part of the United front work of the Communist Party of China and the government of the people's Republic of China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Formed the Party's unique thinking on overseas Chinese affairs. In the new historical period, there is an unprecedented new situation in overseas Chinese affairs, and the concept of "overseas Chinese Affairs" emerges as the times require. The new generation of party and state leaders have come to realize that with the reform of science and technology, the development and the further deepening of social openness, the work of overseas Chinese affairs will face an unprecedented excellent situation and favorable opportunities. It is an urgent task to study and excavate the overseas Chinese affairs under the new normal condition by actively grasping the opportunity, making great efforts to give full play to the advantages of oneself and doing a good job in overseas Chinese affairs under the new normal condition. This article will discuss how to change the habitual thinking of overseas Chinese affairs from the perspective of the local government's overseas Chinese affairs department, try to perfect the service system for overseas Chinese, make suggestions for economic construction, and open up a new situation of local overseas Chinese affairs. We will contribute to the building of a service-oriented government that is satisfactory to the people.
