责任与压力传导的问题及对策

【摘要】：正为政之道,忧无策,但更忧有良策而不落实。所以,任何工作的开展都是一分靠部署、九分靠落实。工作推进落实得如何,质量和效果怎样,既与人的能力素质有关,更与工作的推进机制和刚性压力大小直接相关。在工作实践中,科学得当的压力传导,不仅能够将组织的目标规划转化为看得见、摸得着的发展成果,而且能够使组织内的各个成员权责相等,大家各司其职、各安其位、密切配合、敬业奉献,积极主动地为组织各项事业的发展贡献力
[Abstract]:For the way of government, worry about no strategy, but more worried about good strategies and not to implement.
