责任与压力传导的问题及对策

【摘要】:正为政之道,忧无策,但更忧有良策而不落实。所以,任何工作的开展都是一分靠部署、九分靠落实。工作推进落实得如何,质量和效果怎样,既与人的能力素质有关,更与工作的推进机制和刚性压力大小直接相关。在工作实践中,科学得当的压力传导,不仅能够将组织的目标规划转化为看得见、摸得着的发展成果,而且能够使组织内的各个成员权责相等,大家各司其职、各安其位、密切配合、敬业奉献,积极主动地为组织各项事业的发展贡献力
[Abstract]:For the way of government, worry about no strategy, but more worried about good strategies and not to implement. Therefore, any work is carried out by deployment, nine points by implementation. The implementation, quality and effect of work advancement are not only related to people's ability quality, but also directly related to the promotion mechanism of work and the magnitude of rigid pressure. In the practice of work, scientific and proper pressure transmission can not only translate the goal programming of the organization into visible and tangible development results, but also make each member of the organization equal in power and responsibility. Cooperate closely, devote oneself and actively contribute to the development of the organization
