国内智慧城市建设的现状及发展策略
[Abstract]:After IBM Company formally put forward the concept of "Smart City" in 2010, Smart City has become the focus of global urban development. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the intelligent city, and a series of achievements and progress have been made in the field of theory and practice. At the same time, the problems of "digital divide" are obvious in the planning and construction of intelligent cities in China, the evaluation and supervision are not in place, and the role of the government is not well defined. It is necessary to strengthen the attention and protection of the vulnerable groups, strengthen the supervision and service of the project construction process and deal with the relationship between the government and the market so as to solve all kinds of problems in the construction of intelligent cities in China.
