单位副调研员群体潜行激励机制探微

【摘要】：正有人的地方就有江湖,不同的江湖有不同的规矩。对于一个组织而言,除了国家法令、单位制度,必然还有一些通行的、为人所知和接受但又只可意会而不可言传的规则——潜行规则。领导者要全面掌控单位的局面,就必须对单位的规章制度和江湖规矩有充分的认识和理性的态度,才能实现统筹协调、无为而治。笔者从某单位副调研员群体在单位所处的地位和享受的待遇入手,对潜行规则的激励因素及其特性进行初步的剖析。
[Abstract]:There are people where there are rivers and lakes, different rivers and lakes have different rules. For an organization, in addition to national decrees, the unit system, there must be some common, well-known and accepted, but only unspeakable rules-the hidden rules. If a leader wants to control the situation of the unit, he must have a full understanding and rational attitude to the rules and regulations of the unit and the rules of the rivers and lakes, so as to achieve overall coordination and governance without doing anything. Starting with the position and the treatment enjoyed by the group of associate researchers in a unit, the author makes a preliminary analysis of the motivating factors and characteristics of the latent rules.
