【摘要】：正本次国家治理高峰论坛,在汉阳召开,重点提到了江欣苑。江欣苑的样本和汉阳的做法,有没有可借鉴的价值?它至少有三个价值,理论上有研究价值,实践上有借鉴价值,传播上有可宣传推广的价值。体现在哪里?相关数据显示,到2016年底,中国城镇常住人口占总人口56%左右,按照国际规律,直到70%之前,城镇化都是一个快速推进过程。在快速城镇化过程中,我国每年有大约一千万人口要从农村转移到城市。如果汉阳的经验和江欣苑的样板能在这方面给我们启
