工作生活冲突对加纳公务员福利的影响研究

当今社会,人们逐渐意识到人才是组织中最重要的资产,因此雇佣和留住优秀人才成为了组织工作的主旋律。然而,个人追求和职业生涯之间的矛盾往往会导致组织内部严重的员工离职率。个人和职业之间的冲突以及冲突所带来的压力会对组织承诺、工作满意度和员工离职率等造成严重影响。在加纳的各种组织中都可以观察到个人追求和职业生涯存在冲突的现象。本研究主要针对加纳的公务员,由于他们在守时、诚信、工作效率和遵守工作规定等方面表现的差强人意,所以他们经常被冠以冷漠或者低效率的名头。2015年,共有297名人员通过自愿或非自愿的方式退出行政服务机构,包括调入其他公共服务机构、休假、旷工、辞职,被解雇或死亡等方式。一些行政机构在各年度工作报告中进一步指出,低水平的人员配置和人员能力不足是导致行政机构无法有效运行的主要原因。本研究探讨了导致工作和生活冲突的主要因素、冲突的发生对员工福利的影响以及加纳公务员为确保工作生活的平衡而采取的应对策略。本研究主要分为五个部分。第一章围绕研究背景展开,包括文献综述、研究目的和意义、研究问题和假设、研究范围以及研究局限性。第二章主要为相关理论,包括定义关键词、工作与生活平衡的两个主要观...
