我国债券型基金的运营现状、问题及建议

【摘要】：改革开放以来，伴随着资本市场的快速发展，居民财富迅速增长的同时，，投资方式也逐渐多元化。但根据当前的国际形势以及我国所处的金融市场环境来看，大多数投资者对风险的偏好降低，急于寻找一类适合自己的投资品种。债券型基金作为证券市场中一种非常重要的投资品种，顺应当前我国金融环境的发展，慢慢地成为了诸多投资者的重点选择。虽然我国的债券型基金发展的比较晚，但是从其运营现状来看还是取得了很大的进步，主要表现在规模的增大，基金产品种类的增多等。但同时债券型基金在产品的设计以及产品的运营管理等方面尚存在诸多问题，如债券市场立法不完善、债券信用评级机构发展滞后以及产品品种缺乏创新等。本文通过研究我国债券市场从起步至今的发展历程，并对我国当前的债券市场运营状况进行分析，进而引出主要投资于债券市场的债券型基金，通过对债券型基金的概念、分类以及特征进行分析后，对债券型基金在基金领域所占据的地位以及运营现状进行统计分析，接着对债券型基金在运营中存在的一些问题进行归纳、研究，并相应的提出了一些平稳运营债券型基金的建议，如健全债券型基金法制体系、增大产品创新的力度等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the capital market, the rapid growth of wealth of residents at the same time, the way of investment is gradually diversified, but according to the current international situation and the financial market environment in China. Most investors are eager to find a kind of investment varieties suitable for themselves. As a very important investment variety in the securities market, bond funds conform to the development of the current financial environment in China. Slowly became the key choice of many investors. Although the development of bond funds in China is relatively late, it has made great progress from the current operating situation, mainly in the increase of the scale. However, at the same time, there are still many problems in the design of the products and the operation management of the products, such as the imperfect legislation of the bond market. The development of bond credit rating agencies lags behind and the product varieties lack of innovation. This paper studies the development process of China's bond market from the beginning to now, and analyzes the current operation of the bond market in China. Then leads to the bond fund which mainly invests in the bond market, through the analysis of the concept, classification and characteristics of the bond fund. The status of bond funds in the field of funds and the status quo of the operation of statistical analysis, then the bond funds in the operation of some problems are summarized, research. The paper also puts forward some suggestions for the smooth operation of bond funds, such as perfecting the legal system of bond funds, increasing the strength of product innovation and so on.
