【摘要】：本文首先介绍资产证券化的定义，，发展历程及发行交易过程，继而对资产证券化在中国的发展历程、目前的法律规范、已发行的产品、存在的问题进行分析，并对资产支持证券定价进行研究，通过结合案例分析，揭示资产支持证券这一创新形式的证券产品的重大意义和未来巨大的发展前景。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the definition of asset securitization, the development process and the issuance process, and the development of asset securitization in Chinese, current laws and regulations, issued products, analysis of existing problems, and Research on asset backed securities pricing, through the combination of case analysis, reveal the assets in support of this innovation the form of securities are of great significance and great future prospects for development.
