我国券商资产管理业务创新研究

【摘要】：知名国际券商的资产管理给公司带来了丰厚的利润回报，资产管理业务在发达国家是券商重要的收入来源，是一种较普遍和成熟的金融服务方式，大多数金融投资活动都可以通过资产管理的方式来实现。资产管理业务创新是我国券商当前的热点话题，是券商业务创新与发展的重要突破口。由于我国券商资产管理业务创新起步较晚，应如何创新以获得更多投资者的认可成为多数券商的难题。因此，研究券商资产管理业务创新有着十分重要的现实意义。本文旨在通过分析券商资产管理业务发展现状指出其存在的问题，并介绍我国券商资产管理业务创新的契机，指出券商资产管理业务创新的重要性。通过各个券商资产管理业务竞争地位实证分析找出影响券商资产管理业务综合竞争地位排名的主要因子，并分析这些因子的影响因素，提出我国券商资产管理业务创新的具体内容，最终达到为国内券商在资产管理业务创新方面提供借鉴的目的。本文首先从券商资产管理业务发展历程、现状分析及与国内其他资产管理机构间的比较，指出目前券商资产管理业务普遍存在的主要问题；其次，，通过介绍我国券商资产管理业务创新的背景、与其他业务的联动性以及监管部门对券商资产管理业务创新的给力支持，指出我国券商资产管理业务创新的重要性与发展契机；再次，对选取的我国22家券商个体资产管理业务竞争地位进行实证分析，得出他们的综合得分排名并分析影响综合得分的因素；最后，在分析影响因素的基础上，提出我国券商资产管理业务的投资策略创新、产品创新和组织结构等方面的创新思路和具体内容。
[Abstract]:The asset management of well-known international securities companies has brought a rich profit return. Asset management business is an important source of income for securities companies in developed countries, is a more common and mature way of financial services. Most financial investment activities can be realized through the way of asset management. The innovation of asset management business is the current hot topic of securities companies in China. It is an important breakthrough in the innovation and development of securities business. Since the innovation of asset management business in China started relatively late, how to innovate to get more recognition from investors has become a difficult problem for most securities companies. It is of great practical significance to study the innovation of asset management business of securities firms. The purpose of this paper is to point out the existing problems by analyzing the current situation of the development of asset management business of securities firms and introduce the opportunity of innovation of asset management business of securities companies in China. This paper points out the importance of the innovation of asset management business of securities companies. Through the empirical analysis of the competitive status of asset management business of various securities firms, the main factors affecting the ranking of comprehensive competitive status of asset management business of securities companies are found out. By analyzing the influencing factors of these factors, the paper puts forward the specific contents of the innovation of asset management business of Chinese securities companies, and finally provides reference for domestic securities companies in the innovation of asset management business. Firstly, this paper points out the main problems existing in the asset management business of securities firms from the perspective of their development history, current situation analysis and comparison with other asset management agencies in China. Secondly, through the introduction of the background of asset management business innovation, the linkage with other business and the contribution of regulatory department to the innovation of securities company asset management business. The paper points out the importance and development opportunity of the innovation of asset management business of Chinese securities firms. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the competitive status of 22 securities companies in China, and finds out their comprehensive score ranking and analyzes the factors that affect the comprehensive score. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors, this paper puts forward the innovative ideas and concrete contents of investment strategy innovation, product innovation and organizational structure of the asset management business of Chinese securities firms.
