基金异质性与初创企业融资研究

【摘要】：因资金来源不同,风险投资基金可分为公司制风险投资基金和有限合伙制风险投资基金。而战略利益的存在,一方面能够激发公司制风险投资基金更多的激励企业家投入更高的努力,另一方面会弱化风险投资家努力的激励,产生软预算约束问题。本文通过建立模型,发现战略利益影响企业家的融资选择,而建立联合投资可以有效的规避企业家努力不足的问题。
[Abstract]:Due to different sources of funds, risk investment fund can be divided into venture investment funds and limited partnership venture investment fund. And strategic interests exist, one hand can stimulate venture investment fund more incentives to entrepreneurs invest more effort, on the other hand will weaken the risk investment to produce soft budget incentive the constraint problem. This paper through the establishment of the model, find the strategic interests of entrepreneurs financing options, and the establishment of joint investment can effectively avoid the problem of insufficient efforts of entrepreneurs.
