大数据时代的金融体系重构与资本市场变革

【摘要】：金融体系和资本市场是大数据发挥作用的重要领域,本文从金融功能的视角系统分析大数据时代给金融体系和资本市场发展带来的机遇和挑战。研究发现,大数据时代本质上是整个社会的真正大联网,生产力将得到巨大提升,金融因与实体经济更密不可分而向大金融模式转变。资本市场也将发生变革,但变革效果受金融体系重构进程的影响,同时也受到金融体系内部其他市场和互联网企业的双重挑战。当前应该站在整个社会大联网的角度进行金融监管和服务的顶层设计,打破部门本位主义,资本市场的发展和监管尽早纳入"大数据时代"因素,证券行业尽快考虑大数据战略以迎接大变革的挑战。
[Abstract]:The financial system and capital market are the important fields in which big data plays a role. This paper systematically analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought to the development of financial system and capital market from the perspective of financial function. Big data's era was essentially a real networking of the whole society, and the productivity would be greatly enhanced, and finance would be transformed into a large financial model because it was more closely related to the real economy. The capital market would also be transformed. But the effects of change are affected by the process of restructuring the financial system, as well as by the dual challenges of other markets within the financial system and Internet enterprises. At present, the top-level design of financial regulation and services should be carried out from the perspective of the large-scale networking of the whole society. To break the secularism, the development and supervision of capital market should be brought into the "big data era" as soon as possible, and the securities industry should consider big data strategy as soon as possible in order to meet the challenge of great change.
