环境政策与环境技术创新对两类上市公司的影响差异研究

【摘要】：中国自从加入世界贸易组织（WTO）以来，社会主义市场经济始终保持着很高的增长速度，远远超过世界平均水平。在全球经济萎缩的今天，中国正以旺盛的活力推动着世界经济的发展，但与此同时，中国为发展经济也付出了沉重的代价，三废污染、温室效应等环境问题不断的呈现加剧趋势。在可持续发展战略的指导下，中国政府采取了一系列措施加强环境保护，诸如加强环境政策和环境技术创新力度、建设国家环境友好企业等，尤其是建设环境友好企业这一措施为减少污染和改善环境做出了极大的贡献。但是现阶段我国环境友好企业发展比较缓慢，大多数企业仍然没有摆脱传统的发展模式，仍然在对环境构成严重威胁。为了更有效的发展环境友好企业，有必要研究环境政策和环境技术创新对环境友好企业绩效的影响，鼓励更多的企业加入到环境友好企业队伍中来，为其提供相应的政策建议。本文首先详细阐述环境政策、环境技术创新理论以及二者对企业绩效影响。在此理论基础上，以中国环境友好企业与非环境友好企业为例，采用面板数据模型，把2002-2009年全国24家上市公司作为截面对象，对环境政策、环境技术创新对两类企业绩效的影响进行实证分析，最后得出环境政策和环境技术创新对两类企业绩效的影响以及存在的差异。研究结果显示，环境政策对非环境友好企业有更强的激励作用，但两类企业差距比较接近；环境技术创新对环境友好企业的积极影响大于非环境友好企业。最后，我们基于本文理论基础和面板实证分析，总结实证研究结论，，为我国建设环境友好企业提供一些相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), the socialist market economy has always maintained a very high growth rate, far exceeding the world average. China is promoting the development of the world economy with vigorous vitality, but at the same time, China has also paid a heavy price for the development of the economy, and environmental problems such as three wastes pollution, Greenhouse Effect and other environmental problems continue to show a trend of aggravation. Under the guidance of the sustainable development strategy, the Chinese government has taken a series of measures to strengthen environmental protection, such as strengthening environmental policies and environmental technological innovation, building national environment-friendly enterprises, and so on. In particular, the construction of environment-friendly enterprises has made a great contribution to reducing pollution and improving the environment. However, at the present stage, the development of environment-friendly enterprises in China is relatively slow, and most enterprises still have not got rid of the traditional development model. In order to develop environmentally friendly enterprises more effectively, it is necessary to study the impact of environmental policies and environmental technological innovations on the performance of environmentally friendly enterprises, Encourage more enterprises to join the ranks of environmental-friendly enterprises and provide policy advice for them. In this paper, the environmental policy, the theory of environmental technology innovation and their impact on enterprise performance are described in detail. On the basis of this theory, a panel data model is used to illustrate the relationship between environmental friendly enterprises and non-environmental friendly enterprises in China. Taking 24 listed companies in China from 2002 to 2009 as the cross-section, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the impact of environmental policy and environmental technology innovation on the performance of the two types of enterprises. Finally, the effects of environmental policy and environmental technological innovation on the performance of the two types of enterprises and their differences are obtained. The results show that environmental policy has a stronger incentive effect on non-environmental friendly enterprises, but the gap between the two types of enterprises is close. The positive impact of environmental technology innovation on environment-friendly enterprises is greater than that on non-environment-friendly enterprises. Finally, based on the theoretical basis and panel empirical analysis of this paper, we summarize the conclusions of empirical research. To provide some relevant policy suggestions for the construction of environmental friendly enterprises in China.
