我国上市公司融资约束衡量指标的构建及其应用

【摘要】：本文主要利用了我国上市公司1999年至2010年的财务数据,采用Logistic回归进行指数的构造,以此来衡量公司外部融资约束的程度大小。最终得到了一个具有较高的判别水平的融资约束指数。接着,本文在构建融资约束指数的基础上,利用我国上市公司的财务数据,借助“投资一现金流敏感性”这一模型,通过将前文构造的FC指数应用到融资约束与投资行为相关性的实证研究中,以此对该指数进行评价。最终可以发现,高融资约束组样本公司的投资-现金流敏感性均显著高于低融资约束组的样本公司。按照FHP(1988)的观点,可以认为,我们所构建的融资约束指标FC指数,能够较好地反映中国上市公司融资约束程度的差异。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly uses the financial data of China's listed companies from 1999 to 2010 and uses Logistic regression to construct the index to measure the degree of external financing constraints.Finally, a financing constraint index with a higher discriminant level is obtained.Then, based on the construction of financing constraint index and the financial data of listed companies in China, this paper uses the "investment-cash flow sensitivity" model.By applying the FC index constructed above to the empirical study of the correlation between financing constraints and investment behavior, the index is evaluated.Finally, it can be found that the investment-cash flow sensitivity of the sample companies with high financing constraints is significantly higher than that of the sample companies with low financing constraints.According to the viewpoint of FHP (1988), it can be concluded that the FC index, the index of financing constraint, can well reflect the difference of the degree of financing constraint of listed companies in China.
