我国创业板上市公司企业社会责任问题研究

【摘要】：2009年，我国创业班市场正式推出。创业板的推出对于破解我国中小企业融资困境真是一场及时雨，不仅对资本市场的功能是完善和丰富，也有利于支持创新型中小企业发展提高科技创新能力。同时，涉及到企业社会责任的问题也越来越得到国内外学者企业家的关注。2000年，联合国启动“全球契约”行动。2004年，国际标准化组织启动社会责任标准ISO26000制定工作，至2010年6月，该工作组完成社会责任标准ISO26000草案。该草案经国际标准化组织全体成员投票通过后将成为规范企业社会责任行为的指导性文件。我国也越来越重视企业履行社会责任工作。2005年，中国纺织工业协会颁布了《中国纺织企业社会责任管理体系》，规范了纺织行业的企业社会责任；2007年4月，深圳证券交易所颁布了《深圳证券交易所上市公司社会责任指引》；2008年1月，国资委颁布了《中央企业履行社会责任的指导意见》；同年4月，中国工业经济联合会等11家工业协会针对国内工业企业联合颁布了《中国工业企业及工业协会社会责任指南》，规范了国内工业企业的企业社会责任。本文通过创业板各企业指标化分析评级，，在总结企业社会责任的影响的基础上，归纳并总结出创业板企业社会责任的动力、载体、加速器及发生时期和后果表现，并通过对测量系统中测量指标的选取，找出符合条件的指标，并构建预测体系，同时考虑测量指标、时间等因素，对所得出的结论进行综合分析。
[Abstract]:In 2009, China's entrepreneurship class market was officially launched.The introduction of gem is a timely rain to solve the financing dilemma of SMEs in China. It not only improves and enriches the function of capital market, but also supports the development of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and improves the ability of scientific and technological innovation.In 2000, the United Nations launched the Global Compact. In 2004, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) launched the work of formulating the Social responsibility Standards (ISO26000).By June 2010, the working group had completed a draft of the Social responsibility Standards (ISO26000).The draft will be adopted by vote of all members of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as a guiding document regulating corporate social responsibility.In 2005, the China Textile Industry Association promulgated the "China Textile Enterprise Social responsibility Management system", which regulated the textile industry corporate social responsibility.The Shenzhen Stock Exchange promulgated the guidelines on the Social responsibility of listed companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange; in January 2008, the SASAC promulgated the guidelines on the implementation of Social responsibility by Central Enterprises; and in April of the same year,Eleven industrial associations, such as the China Federation of Industrial and Economic Affairs, jointly issued the "Guide to Social responsibility of Industrial Enterprises and Industrial Associations of China" for domestic industrial enterprises, which regulated the social responsibility of domestic industrial enterprises.Based on the analysis of the impact of corporate social responsibility on gem, this paper summarizes the motive force, carrier, accelerator, occurrence period and consequence of CSR.Through the selection of the measurement index in the measurement system, the suitable indexes are found, and the prediction system is constructed. At the same time, the factors such as measurement index and time are considered, and the conclusion is analyzed synthetically.
