“金汇宝”实物黄金投资交易模式风险评价研究

【摘要】：随着我国人民生活水平和金融意识的不断提高，黄金已成为家庭资产储备的最佳形式之一。作为人类社会唯一一种可以突破地域、语言、宗教、文化、教育、情感、时空等障碍的国际公认资产，可随时与货币双向变现，使投资更加灵活高效，呈现出巨大的发展机遇。而困扰实物黄金回购的最大问题就在于没有适合的交易产品和商业模式。为适应市场需求，金汇宝（北京）黄金投资有限公司推出“金汇宝”黄金卡业务。本文针对“金汇宝”实物黄金投资交易模式运行过程中存在的诸多潜在风险进行研究，通过对“金汇宝”实物黄金投资交易模式的风险因子进行识别与分析，结合风险控制理论以及风险评价指标选择原则，，建立“金汇宝”实物黄金投资交易模式风险评价指标体系。通过运用“金汇宝”实物黄金投资交易模式的风险评价指标体系对“金汇宝”黄金卡进行研究，评价“金汇宝”实物黄金投资交易模式投入运行可能存在的风险。结合专家打分法,对其风险因子进行了定量研究，确定其风险的大小。最后基于可能存在的风险提出“金汇宝”实物黄金投资交易模式日后发展的风险规避途径，从而为以后的正式运行提供一定参考，使其顺利发展。如果“金汇宝”实物黄金投资交易投资交易业务潜在各种风险可以得到有力地规避，“金汇宝”黄金卡业务进展顺利，实现了预定目标，则可以借此形成的品牌优势与规模优势发展各种黄金衍生产品，着力拓展黄金ETF基金渠道，努力向黄金产业基金方向发展，形成立体式的产品结构和投资体系。更进一步，甚至可以研讨“金汇宝”黄金卡作为日常消费结算卡的可行性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and financial consciousness, gold has become one of the best forms of household assets reserve. As the only internationally recognized asset which can break through the obstacles of region, language, religion, culture, education, emotion, time and space, it can be realized in both directions with currency at any time, making investment more flexible and efficient, presenting enormous development opportunity. The biggest problem besetting physical gold buy-backs is the absence of a suitable trading product and business model. In order to meet market demand, Jinhuibao (Beijing) Gold Investment Co., Ltd. launched "Golden Huibao" gold card business. In this paper, the author studies many potential risks in the operation of "gold Huibao" physical gold investment and trading model, and identifies and analyzes the risk factors of "gold Huibao" physical gold investment and trading mode. Based on the risk control theory and the selection principle of risk evaluation index, the risk evaluation index system of "Jinhuibao" physical gold investment trading model is established. By using the risk evaluation index system of "gold Huibao" physical gold investment and trading model, this paper studies the "gold" gold card, and evaluates the possible risks of "gold Huibao" physical gold investment and trading mode in operation. Combined with the expert scoring method, the risk factors are quantitatively studied to determine the size of the risk. Finally, based on the possible risks, the paper puts forward the way of risk aversion for the future development of the real gold investment and trading mode of "gold Huibao", so as to provide a certain reference for the future official operation and make it develop smoothly. If the potential risks of the "gold Huibao" physical gold investment, investment, and trading business can be effectively avoided, the gold card business of "gold Huibao" is progressing smoothly and achieving its intended goal. The brand advantage and scale advantage can be used to develop all kinds of gold derivatives, to expand the channel of gold ETF fund, to develop to the direction of gold industry fund, and to form a three-dimensional product structure and investment system. Furthermore, we can even discuss the feasibility and maneuverability of Golden Huibao Gold Card as a daily consumption settlement card.
