制度变革下的中国资产管理业实践探索与发展展望

【摘要】：本文首先分析了中国资产管理业的现状和基本情况，通过对于目前中国资产管理市场上存在的银行理财产品、公募基金、信托、券商集合理财、阳光私募、保险资产管理及期货资产管理等不同种类业务的系统梳理，从行业竞争力、客户资源、人才等方面，，分析了不同行业的竞争优势，并对新《证券投资基金法》颁布实施的法律环境下，资产管理行业的格局变化、业务模式、行业未来发展趋势做了探索与研究，同时探讨在中国目前的监管体系下，中国资产管理业存在的主要问题，并提出了一些政策建议，促使资产管理行业更为健康的成长和发展。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the current situation and basic situation of China's asset management industry, through the current Chinese asset management market exist in the banking financial products, public offering funds, trusts, brokers aggregate financial management, sunshine private, This paper systematically combs the different kinds of business, such as insurance asset management and futures asset management, analyzes the competitive advantages of different industries from the aspects of industry competitiveness, customer resources, talents, etc. Under the legal environment of the promulgation and implementation of the new Securities Investment Fund Law, the pattern changes, business models, and future development trends of the asset management industry are explored and studied, and at the same time, under the current regulatory system of China, the paper probes into the changes in the pattern of the asset management industry, as well as the future development trend of the industry. The main problems of asset management industry in China and some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the growth and development of asset management industry more healthily.
