南方阀门项目的投资评估研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国的民间资本大量涌入投资市场,地方政府也纷纷设立产业引导基金,我国的股权投资行业走到了巅峰。但随着国际经济持续低迷,我国资本泡沫大膨胀、经济大幅减速,我国股权投资市场出现了大量投资机构抱着大笔资金找项目,投资项目价格严重高估,私募股权投资机构参与的IPO项目大量被搁置等不健康状态。私募股权投资机构如何寻找到优质的投资项目成为股权投资行业所关注的焦点。本论文站在投资机构的角度,对阀门行业成长性企业“株洲南方阀门股份有限公司”的投资可行性进行研究。主要开展了分析评估南方阀门项目投资价值、设计投资方案、投后管理等研究工作,使我们对股权投资机构具体运作投资项目过程有了基本的了解。同时,本文也希望给投资机构筛选出优质的投资项目提供一定的借鉴意义。本文首先通过对南方阀门全面详细的尽职调查,对南方阀门行业背景、基本情况、产品与市场、经营业绩等多方面进行基本定型分析,应用波士顿矩阵模型等科学方法,长远、合理的预测南方阀门未来业绩,接着以业绩预测为基础,综合现金流量折现法和相对价值法,对南方阀门投资项目作出合理的估值,从而为投资方案设计以及投资收益预测提供理论依据和有力支撑,然后对南方阀门公司提出相关管理改善建议,制定规避项目风险的保障措施。最后,经过全面的分析预测得出结论,建议投资机构对南方阀门进行投资。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the private capital of our country poured into the investment market in large quantities, the local government also set up the industry guide fund one after another, the stock right investment industry of our country has reached the peak. However, with the continued downturn in the international economy, China's capital bubble has expanded greatly, and the economy has slowed sharply. A large number of investment institutions are looking for projects with large sums of funds in the equity investment market in our country. The prices of investment projects are seriously overestimated. Private-equity investment institutions involved in the IPO project has been shelved a large number of unhealthy state. Private equity investment institutions how to find quality investment projects has become the focus of the equity investment industry. From the point of view of investment institution, this paper studies the investment feasibility of Zhuzhou South Valve Co., Ltd. This paper mainly carries out the research work of analyzing and evaluating the investment value of the South Valve Project, designing the investment scheme and managing after the investment, so that we have a basic understanding of the process of the equity investment institution's operation of the investment project. At the same time, this paper also hopes to provide some reference for investment institutions to screen out high-quality investment projects. First of all, through the comprehensive and detailed due diligence of Southern Valves, this paper analyzes the background, basic situation, products and market, operating performance of Southern Valves, and applies the Boston Matrix Model and other scientific methods in the long run. The future performance of South Valves is forecasted reasonably, and then based on the performance forecast, the reasonable valuation of the South Valves investment project is made by synthesizing the cash flow discounted method and the relative value method. It provides theoretical basis and strong support for investment scheme design and investment income prediction, then puts forward relevant management improvement suggestions to Southern Valve Company, and formulates safeguard measures to avoid project risk. Finally, after comprehensive analysis and prediction, it is suggested that investment institutions should invest in South Valves.
