GX证券公司客户经理团队建设研究

【摘要】:随着我国证券业的飞速发展,从2007年牛市的全民皆股到2008年全球金融危机的股市暴跌再到近几年的不断低迷,中国股市用了十几年时间经历了发达国家几百年的历程。但是中国证券行业在监管和管理等方面却存在很多需要完善的地方,特别是证券公司的管理方面。 证券公司各地的营业部作为证券行业最基础单位将在发展中起到很大的作用。客户经理团队作为证券营业部的最小因子,对他的研究和规范,将对证券行业的发展起到重要的启发作用。GX证券在所有券商中在各项业务中一直排在前列,所以本文选取其DL营业部作为研究标本,对其现状和存在问题进行研究,将对整个行业的研究起到一定启发作用。 本文在对团队、团队建设、团队文化、团队激励和沟通等理论进行阐述的基础上对GX证券公司的现状进行了分析。分别采取了访谈和案例两种方法进行分析和总结,从中找出GX证券客户经理团队的现状和需要借鉴改进的地方。在分析过程中,整理和借鉴大量团队建设相关文献和著作,结合GX证券现状,从如何构建优秀的团队文化、如何创建学习型团队、怎样建设一流的领导团队、如何提高团队的执行力和如何全面加强团队管理五个方面对GX证券的客户经理团队建设提出建议和意见。 最后,希望GX证券客户经理团队可以按照科学的方法进行团队的建设,改进和优惠现在的管理方式,使得GX证券的客户经理团队可以更好的应对不断变化的市场环境。特别是GX证券的DL营业部在当地的排名一直名列前茅,相信对其的研究对其他机构的客户经理团队建设也是有参考价值的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's securities industry, from the bull market in 2007 to the global financial crisis in 2008, the stock market plummeted to the continuous downturn in recent years, the Chinese stock market has spent more than ten years to experience the process of hundreds of years in developed countries. However, China's securities industry has a lot of needs to improve in the aspects of supervision and management, especially the management of securities companies. As the most basic unit of the securities industry, the business department of the securities company will play a great role in the development. As the minimum factor of the securities sales department, the account manager team will play an important enlightening role in the development of the securities industry. GX Securities has always been in the forefront of all securities business. Therefore, this paper selects DL sales department as the research specimen, and studies its current situation and existing problems, which will enlighten the research of the whole industry. Based on the theory of team, team building, team culture, team motivation and communication, this paper analyzes the current situation of GX Securities Company. This paper analyzes and summarizes the two methods of interview and case, and finds out the current situation of the GX securities account manager team and the areas that need to be improved. In the process of analysis, we collate and draw lessons from a large number of relevant literature and works on team building, combining the current situation of GX securities, from how to build an excellent team culture, how to create a learning team, how to build a first-class leadership team. How to improve the execution of the team and how to strengthen the team management of five aspects of GX securities customer manager team building suggestions and suggestions. Finally, it is hoped that the GX securities account manager team can carry on the team construction according to the scientific method, improve and concessionary the current management way, make the GX securities account manager team can better deal with the changing market environment. In particular, the DL business department of GX Securities has been ranked among the top in the local position, and I believe that its research is also of reference value to the construction of client manager team in other institutions.
