中原证券洛阳区域轻型证券营业部设计研究

【摘要】:从1986年新中国第一家证券营业部成立以来,证券行业发展至今,全国证券营业部的数量已经超过了4600家,遍布全国的所有省份。但是由于多数证券营业部自身没有鲜明的品牌特色,且大多数都停留在低层次的价格竞争上,导致各个证券营业部的收入日益下降。另一方面,为了争夺客户,各证券营业部都大力加强硬件设施的建设和更新,各券商在硬件设施方面的互相竞争,使营业部的费用支出不断增加,随着收入的日益下降,费用的日益上升,原来尚能盈利的证券营业部转入亏损,许多营业部的生存和发展都面临严峻的挑战。中原证券洛阳区域的三家证券营业部就是处于这样激烈的市场竞争环境中,“营业部能否生存,能否发展”成为摆在三家证券营业部的管理层面前亟待解决的问题。 通过对证券市场多年来的探索和实践,本文将证券营业部的运营模式作为研究对象,探讨在洛阳区域构建轻型证券营业部的运营设计。 文章首先对中原证券洛阳区域三家证券营业部的经营现状进行了分析,指出证券业正在逐步迈入一个市场监管日益规范、行业内竞争日益加剧的新局面,说明建设轻型证券营业部的必要性。然后,对中原证券洛阳区域三家证券营业部的内外部资源条件送行了分析,从市场条件、技术水平、管理能力等方面介绍营业部所具备的条件,分析建设轻型证券营业部的可行性。最后,结合营业部内外部环境和资源的特点,运用管理创新的相关思想和理论,提出了轻型证券营业部运营设计方案。 本文的研究对于中原证券洛阳区域轻型证券营业部方案设计及实施有一定的指导意义,对公司其他证券营业部建设轻型营业部具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the first securities business department in New China in 1986, the number of securities business departments in China has exceeded 4600, covering all provinces of the country. However, most of the securities sales departments have no distinctive brand characteristics, and most of them stay on the low level of price competition, which leads to the decline of the income of each securities sales department. On the other hand, in order to compete for customers, all the securities business departments have made great efforts to strengthen the construction and renewal of hardware facilities. With the increasing of expenses, the original profitable securities business department turns into a loss, and many business departments are faced with severe challenges for their survival and development. The three securities business departments in Luoyang area of Central Plains are in such fierce market competition environment. "whether the business department can survive and develop" has become an urgent problem to be solved in front of the management of the three securities business departments. Through the exploration and practice of the securities market for many years, this paper takes the operation mode of the securities business department as the research object, and discusses the operation design of the light stock business department in Luoyang area. This paper first analyzes the current situation of the three securities business departments in Luoyang area of Zhongyuan Securities, and points out that the securities industry is gradually entering a new situation where the market supervision is becoming more and more standardized and the competition in the industry is intensifying day by day. Explain the necessity of constructing light securities business department. Then, the internal and external resource conditions of the three securities business departments in Luoyang area of Zhongyuan Securities are analyzed, and the conditions of the sales department are introduced from the aspects of market conditions, technical level, management ability, etc. Analyze the feasibility of constructing light-duty securities business department. Finally, combined with the characteristics of internal and external environment and resources of the business department, the paper puts forward the operation design scheme of the light stock sales department by using the relevant ideas and theories of management innovation. The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for the project design and implementation of the light securities business department in Luoyang area of Zhongyuan Securities, and has certain reference value for other securities business departments of the company to build the light business department.
