基于动态视角的新疆上市公司绩效评价研究
[Abstract]:From 1994 to now, there are 38 listed companies in Xinjiang. These enterprises are leading enterprises in Xinjiang and even across the country, and have played a huge role in driving the economic development of Xinjiang. As the most important part of the new decade of western development in China, Xinjiang will enjoy greater policy support. The concept of "Xinjiang plate" with policy advantages will become a hot spot of investment by means of the concept of leap-forward development. The performance of listed companies has always been the focus of attention of securities investors, securities analysts, government management departments and company employees. To some extent, the performance of listed companies in Xinjiang is a barometer of economic development in Xinjiang. To evaluate it accurately and objectively can not only quantify the performance level of enterprises, but also enable enterprises to realize their own shortcomings and advantages and guide them to develop better. At the same time, it can also reflect the structure and development of Xinjiang's economy from one side, and provide a certain reference for the strategic adjustment of Xinjiang's economic structure. Therefore, based on the research results of performance evaluation of listed companies at present, this paper makes a deep research on the index system and evaluation methods of performance evaluation of listed companies in Xinjiang from the perspective of dynamic performance evaluation. Finally, some suggestions are given. The structure of this paper is as follows: the first part mainly introduces the research background and significance. It also reviews the development history and research status of corporate performance evaluation at home and abroad, points out the shortcomings of the current research on performance evaluation, and finally introduces the research ideas of this paper. The second part explores the index system of performance evaluation of listed companies in Xinjiang. Following the idea of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, the initial index system is put forward, and then the non-parametric statistical method is used to screen the index system. To a certain extent, the index system is comprehensive, scientific and representative. The third part introduces the grey relational analysis and principal component evaluation method involved in this model, and then constructs the dynamic performance evaluation model of listed companies. The fourth part is to use the data of 26 listed companies listed before 2006 in Xinjiang plate, based on the constructed dynamic performance evaluation model to carry on the empirical research, has obtained the final total correlation degree and the rank, and has carried on the analysis to the appraisal result. The fifth part points out the problems existing in the development of listed companies in Xinjiang and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
