基于信息时代的建筑空间资源配置研究

【摘要】：随着信息时代的发展,人们的行为方式和生活方式发生了改变,建筑空间也产生了变化。建筑空间闲置现象是长久以来存在的问题,随着城市化进程的加快,大量新的建筑空间被制造出来,但是使用效率仍然比较低,以至于建筑空间闲置现象更加严重。网络信息搜索、浏览、地理位置导航等信息技术的发展使人们的生活方式变的多元化,出现了很多新的建筑空间使用方式。本文以建筑空间资源“闲置”的现象为切入点,通过讨论信息时代背景下人的生活方式的变化、信息技术对建筑空间资源的定位功能、信息技术对建筑空间资源管理等几部分,探讨建筑空间资源在信息时代下配置策略的可能性。本文提出分时使用建筑空间资源和共享使用建筑空间资源的空间资源配置策略。利用信息技术可以即时获取满足使用要求的建筑空间位置以及建筑空间的使用状态信息。针对建筑空间资源闲置的问题,可以运用信息技术将闲置的建筑空间资源重新整合,然后将闲置的建筑空间资源相关信息共享到网络平台上,使建筑空间资源的需求方与供给方更即时、便捷的相遇。通过建筑空间与技术手段的结合创造出多种灵活可变的空间,在建筑空间资源配置中充分发挥可变空间的适应性,可以更好的满足使用者对空间功能多样化的需求,激发更多有趣事件的发生,为建筑空间资源更有效的配置创造条件。这样能够在某种程度上降低建筑空间使用过程中出现的空间“闲置率”,从而提高建筑空间的使用效率。最终通过研究建筑空间资源的配置策略来发掘建筑空间资源在新时代的发展之路。
[Abstract]:With the development of the information age, people's behavior and life style have changed, and the architectural space has also changed. A large number of new building spaces have been created, but the efficiency of using them is still so low that the phenomenon of building spaces being idle is even more serious. With the development of information technology, such as geographical location navigation, people's way of life has become diversified, and many new ways of using architectural space have emerged. This paper takes the phenomenon of "idle" of architectural space resources as the starting point. Through discussing the change of people's life style under the background of the information age, the function of information technology's positioning to the building space resources, the information technology's management of the building space resources, etc. This paper discusses the possibility of allocation strategy of architectural space resources in the information age. This paper puts forward the strategy of using architectural space resources in a timesharing way and sharing the space resources in building space resources. It can be obtained instantly by using information technology. Information on the position of building space and the state of use of building space to meet the requirements of use. For the problem of idle building space resources, The information technology can be used to reintegrate the unused building space resources, and then share the information about the idle building space resources on the network platform to make the demand side and the supply side of the building space resources more immediate. Through the combination of architectural space and technical means to create a variety of flexible and variable space, in the allocation of architectural space resources to give full play to the adaptability of variable space, Can better meet the needs of users for the diversity of space functions, stimulate more interesting events, To create conditions for more effective allocation of building space resources.
