预制V型腹板的PSRC梁拟静力试验研究

【摘要】:SRC结构由于其刚度大、抗震性能好等特点,得以广泛应用。SRC结构就是在钢筋混凝土截面内部配置型钢后所形成的钢-混凝土组合结构形式,两者协同工作,充分发挥各自的性能优势,使得SRC结构成为理想的抗震结构,尤其适用于高层建筑和大跨度建筑。但是,其施工工序繁多、结构连接繁杂等突出特点,制约了这种结构的推广,使SRC结构优异的综合性能得不到充分发挥。因此专家提出了一个新概念——预制装配型钢混凝土结构形式(PSRC结构)。可迄今为止,国内的设计规范、设计标准仅针对SRC梁,没有关于PSRC结构方面的设计指导,相关研究也鲜有可闻。因此,对PSRC试件抗震性能和抗震设计方法的研究刻不容缓。本文提出V型截面预制腹板的PSRC梁,对其进行拟静力试验研究,填补PSRC结构在这种截面形式下的研究空白,为PSRC结构理论发展提供相关的科学支撑。由于地震作用下PSRC抗震性能是最为纷繁复杂的,所以本文采取拟静力试验的方法,对V型预制腹板PSRC试件抗震性能展开初步研究。主要工作如下:(1)以剪跨比、混凝土强度作为控制参数,对4根预制型钢混凝土梁进行低周反复荷载下的试验研究,研究其受力机理、破坏形态和破坏特征。(2)通过理论分析的方式对试验现象和数据进行分析总结,研究各设计控制参数下,其抗震性能的变化规律,综合其滞回性能、刚度退化规律、强度衰减规律、延性性能和耗能能力等指标,系统分析各试件的抗震性能,根据现象分析PSRC梁叠合面的受力性能,探究影响抗震性能的主要因素。(3)总结本文研究成果和需要改进的地方,并提出V型预制腹板PSRC梁的加强构造措施布置,对其后续研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:Because of its high stiffness and good seismic performance, SRC structure is widely used in the form of steel-concrete composite structure formed after the reinforced concrete section is configured with section steel, and the two structures work together. The SRC structure is an ideal seismic structure, especially for high-rise buildings and long-span buildings, by giving full play to their respective performance advantages. However, its outstanding characteristics, such as numerous construction procedures and complicated structural connections, restrict the popularization of this kind of structure and make the excellent comprehensive performance of SRC structure not fully play. Therefore, a new concept of precast assembly steel reinforced concrete (SRC) structure is put forward by experts. But up to now, the domestic design code, the design standard is only for SRC beams, there is no design guidance on the PSRC structure, and the relevant research is rarely heard. Therefore, it is urgent to study the seismic performance and seismic design method of PSRC specimen. In this paper, PSRC beams with V-shaped prefabricated web plates are proposed, and the quasi-static test is carried out to fill the blank in the research of PSRC structures in this form, and to provide relevant scientific support for the development of PSRC structure theory. Because the seismic behavior of PSRC is the most complicated under earthquake action, the seismic behavior of V-shaped prefabricated web PSRC specimens is studied preliminarily by quasi-static test method in this paper. The main work is as follows: (1) with shear span ratio and concrete strength as control parameters, four precast steel reinforced concrete beams are tested under low cyclic cyclic loading, and their mechanical mechanism is studied. Through theoretical analysis, the experimental phenomena and data are analyzed and summarized, and the variation law of seismic performance under various design control parameters is studied, and the hysteretic performance and stiffness degradation law are synthesised. According to the strength attenuation law, ductility and energy dissipation capacity, the seismic behavior of each specimen is systematically analyzed, and the mechanical behavior of the composite plane of PSRC beam is analyzed according to the phenomena. The main factors affecting seismic performance are discussed. (3) the research results and the improvement are summarized, and the arrangement of strengthening measures for V-shaped precast web PSRC beams is put forward, and the future research is prospected.
