【摘要】:我国埋地给水管管材有钢管、铸铁管、钢塑复合管以及小口径塑料管等。很多管道为城市建设之初敷设的,随着使用年限的增加,给水管发生老化等造成管网严重漏损。同时由于城市地下工程施工带来的干扰,如地铁施工,地下管廊施工、地下管道工程和基坑施工等,导致地下给水管事故频频发生,主要包括:水锤引起的管道破裂、塑料管道的接口漏水以及金属管道的腐蚀、结垢等严重影响城市给水系统的安全性。为了维持管网的正常运行,保证城市安全供水,就必须有效的掌握给水管线的安全状况,从而做好管网的管理工作。因此,如何动态评价给水管道的状态,从而采取相应的对策加固,就显得十分重要。目前,针对给水管道进行符合我国国情的评价软件的研究并不多。通过管道评价软件,帮助管网管理者对供水管网进行科学管理。本文的主要研究内容主要包括:(1)聚乙烯管道安全判断准则:从聚乙烯管道的强度、变形及稳定性三方面讨论了不同失效准则的适用性、参数计算模型、预计使用寿命,以及影响其安全性的因素。(2)铸铁管道安全判断准则:从铸铁管道的强度、变形及稳定性三方面归纳了失效准则、参数计算模型,环向和轴向应力参数计算,还特别考虑了冰冻荷载的影响,以及对接口转角的限制。(3)钢质管道安全判断准则:从钢管的强度、变形及稳定性三方面归纳了失效准则,讨论了参数计算模型。并结合工程实例进行了这三方面的详细计算,验证了判断失效理论的实用性。(4)设计了PE以及铸铁管给水管道结构破坏计算与验算程序:通过输入管道弹性模量、土体的变形模量、管径大小、壁厚以及覆土深度等基础数据,根据前文相应管材的参数计算模型,计算出管道受力情况包括环向和轴向等,验证了前述判断准则的实用性。通过软件判断管道的状态,可快速掌握地下管线的安全情况。
[Abstract]:There are steel pipe, cast iron pipe, steel-plastic composite pipe and small diameter plastic pipe in our country. Many pipelines are laid at the beginning of urban construction. At the same time, because of the interference brought by the construction of urban underground engineering, such as subway construction, underground pipe gallery construction, underground pipeline engineering and foundation pit construction, underground water pipe accidents occur frequently, mainly including: water hammer caused pipeline rupture, The leakage of plastic pipe interface and corrosion and scaling of metal pipe seriously affect the safety of urban water supply system. In order to maintain the normal operation of the pipe network and ensure the safe water supply in the city, it is necessary to effectively grasp the safety condition of the water supply pipeline line, so as to manage the pipe network well. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the state of water supply pipeline dynamically and take corresponding countermeasures to reinforce it. At present, there are few researches on the evaluation software of water supply pipeline in accordance with the national conditions of our country. Through the pipeline evaluation software, help the pipe network manager to carry on the scientific management to the water supply network. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the criteria for judging the safety of polyethylene pipeline: the applicability of different failure criteria, the calculation model of parameters, and the estimated service life are discussed from three aspects of strength, deformation and stability of polyethylene pipeline. And the factors affecting the safety of cast iron pipeline: the failure criterion, parameter calculation model, circumferential stress parameter calculation and axial stress parameter calculation are summarized from the strength, deformation and stability of cast iron pipeline. In particular, the influence of freezing load and the limitation of interface angle on the safety of steel pipeline are considered. The failure criteria are summarized from the strength, deformation and stability of the steel pipe, and the calculation model of parameters is discussed. Combined with engineering examples, the detailed calculation of these three aspects is carried out, and the practicability of judging failure theory is verified. (4) A program for calculating and checking the structural failure of PE and cast iron pipe feedwater pipeline is designed: the elastic modulus of the pipe is input, Based on the basic data of soil deformation modulus, pipe diameter, wall thickness and the depth of overlying soil, according to the calculation model of the parameters of the corresponding pipe in the previous paper, the stress situation of the pipeline is calculated, including the circumferential and axial directions, which verifies the practicability of the above criterion. The safe condition of underground pipeline can be quickly grasped by software judging the state of pipeline.
