荥阳市廖峪村休闲农业观光园规划

【摘要】：文章分析了大量国内外相关理论及案例,在充分了解休闲农业的发展概况和沟域经济相关概念的基础上,对荥阳市廖峪村休闲农业观光园进行了总体规划。在充分分析廖峪村的区位、人文历史、产业经济、交通、水资源、竖向地形地貌、植被等现状的前提下,结合沟域经济相关概念及理论,对荥阳市廖峪村的农业园规划提出休闲娱乐、农耕采摘和养生的规划定位。同时引入当地的农耕文化与河阴石榴文化,打造一处集农业生产、体验观光、果蔬采摘、科普教育、休闲娱乐、养生度假、服务销售于一体的休闲农业观光园。该规划项目意在深入探索沟域经济型休闲农业的发展模式,对沟域经济型休闲农业的推广具有一定的实践意义,从而加快贫困山区经济转型,带动地区经济发展。通过对廖峪村休闲农业园进行分区规划、道路规划、景点规划、种植规划,产业规划、竖向规划、给水规划、排水规划、电力管线规划、分期规划、专项规划等,总结得出以下结论:(1)整体把控规划,突出荥阳市河阴石榴的文化理念,运用植物、构筑物、景观小品等多种景观形式,探索石榴文化在休闲农业观光园规划中的应用;(2)农耕体验和果蔬采摘等项目可以很好地提高休闲农业观光园的参与性,丰富园区项目的多样性,探索体验项目在休闲农业园规划中的应用;(3)转变单一的产业结构模式,探索沟域经济模式下休闲农业的立体产业结构模式,促进区域产业发展。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes a large number of relevant theories and cases at home and abroad, and on the basis of fully understanding the general situation of leisure agriculture and the related concepts of gully economy, makes a general plan for the leisure agricultural sightseeing garden of Liao Yu Village in Xingyang City. On the premise of fully analyzing the location, human history, industrial economy, traffic, water resources, vertical topography and landform, vegetation and so on of Liao Yu Village, and combining with the relevant concepts and theories of gully area economy, The planning of agriculture garden in Liao Yu village of Xingyang city is put forward. At the same time, it introduces the local farming culture and Heyin pomegranate culture to create a leisure agricultural sightseeing garden which integrates agricultural production, experience sightseeing, fruit and vegetable picking, popular science education, leisure entertainment, health preservation and vacation, and service sales. This planning project is intended to explore the development model of economic leisure agriculture in gully area, which is of practical significance to the popularization of economic leisure agriculture in gully area, so as to speed up the economic transformation in poor mountainous areas and promote regional economic development. By means of zoning planning, road planning, scenic spot planning, planting planning, industrial planning, vertical planning, water supply planning, drainage planning, power pipeline planning, phased planning, special planning, etc., Summing up the following conclusions: 1) overall control planning, highlighting the cultural concept of Xingyang Hyein pomegranate, using plants, structures, landscape sketches and other landscape forms, To explore the application of pomegranate culture in the planning of leisure agriculture and sightseeing garden, such projects as farming experience and fruit and vegetable picking can improve the participation of leisure agricultural sightseeing garden and enrich the diversity of the park project. The application of the exploration and experience project in the planning of leisure agriculture park is to change the single industrial structure model and explore the three-dimensional industrial structure model of leisure agriculture under the gutter economy model to promote the development of regional industry.
