对天津市“五大道”旅游核心景区设计的思考

【摘要】：我国拥有非常丰富的旅游资源,很多城市也提出了旅游政策,旅游业已成为推动我国经济发展的主要产业之一,相应的旅游配套服务设施有了更高的要求。国内人性化、个性化的自助游消费市场发展迅猛,游客们已不为传统的景区服务方式所打动。天津市是国家第一批优秀旅游城市、历史文化古城与旅游胜地,旅游业发展迅猛处于全国前列。旅游市场有着广阔的发展前景。天津"五大道"风景区是国际知名的文化旅游区。这一地域自二十世纪二三十年代受到多个国家不同文化风格的影响,浸透着异域格调的花园建筑,承载了老天津人的宝贵记忆。本文在剖析与借鉴同行业的经验基础之上,对天津市“五大道”旅游核心景区设计展开研究,寻求调整经营模式、设计规划模式,以改善“五大道”旅游景区不足,并对国内旅游核心景区系统规划设计的的理论进行验证与补充,不论是从理论上全面系统地研究,还是从实践角度去分析,都将为天津市的旅游业做出贡献,也为国内行业的发展提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Our country has very rich tourism resources, many cities also put forward the tourism policy, tourism has become one of the main industries to promote the economic development of our country, the corresponding tourism supporting service facilities have higher requirements. The domestic humanized, individualized self-visiting consumer market is developing rapidly, and tourists are not moved by the traditional scenic area service. Tianjin is the first batch of excellent tourist cities, historical and cultural ancient cities and tourist resorts, the rapid development of tourism in the forefront of the country. The tourism market has broad prospects for development. Tianjin's "five roads" Scenic spot is an internationally renowned cultural tourism area. This region has been influenced by different cultural styles in many countries since the 1920s and 1930s. It is permeated with exotic garden buildings and bears the precious memory of the old Tianjin people. On the basis of analyzing and drawing lessons from the experience of the same industry, this paper studies the design of the tourism core scenic spot of "five main roads" in Tianjin, and seeks to adjust the management mode and design the planning mode in order to improve the shortage of the "five major roads" tourist spots. And to verify and supplement the theory of system planning and design of the core scenic spots in China. Whether it is a comprehensive and systematic study in theory or an analysis from a practical point of view, it will contribute to the tourism industry in Tianjin. Also for the development of domestic industries to provide a certain reference value.
