绵阳市城镇化与生态环境协调发展研究

【摘要】：城镇化为现下学术研究讨论热点,中国城镇化率于2011年首次突破了50%,进入加速发展阶段。十八大正式把生态文明建设纳入“五位一体”总体布局中,将其作为改善居民生活条件,提升居民生活质量,构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会的有力举措。本文为探究绵阳市城镇化与生态环境的协调发展关系,结合规划学、经济学以及人文地理学相关理论进行解读,并获取城镇化与生态环境相关指标构建评价体系,分析绵阳市上述两个系统的综合水平关系、协调关系和协调发展关系,并对区县提出对策意见。文章主要分为七个部分:第一部分主要是解读文章的研究背景和意义,并阐述研究目标、研究内容、研究思路和方法,对国内外研究现状进行梳理总结,寻求本文可借鉴与思考的研究途径;第二部分主要探究了城镇化与生态环境的交互作用关系;第三部分是在前人学者的研究成果基础上构建了指标评价体系,通过构建数学模型测算绵阳市各区县城镇化与生态环境的综合水平;第四部分是利用指标统计数据对绵阳市城镇化与生态环境现状做出相关分析,借此了解把握绵阳市城镇化与生态环境现阶段的演进动态;第五部分是论文的核心内容,该章节主要探讨绵阳市各区县城镇化与生态环境综合水平的演变趋势和时空分布,且对上述二类系统的协调度做出评价,以及在协调度分析的基础上研究了城镇化与生态环境的协调发展关系;第六部分针对各区县实际条件提出相应对策建议;第七部分则是对文章进行总结与提出展望。通过分析研究得出在2005-2014年研究时段区间内绵阳市各区县的城镇化与生态环境的综合水平总体呈现持续增长的趋势,并且其时空分布有一定差异;绵阳市各区县城镇化与生态环境协调发展度评价指数从“失调”升级至“协调”,多处于理想协调状态。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a hot topic in academic research. China's urbanization rate broke through 50% for the first time in 2011 and entered the stage of accelerated development. The 18th National Congress formally put the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of "five in one" as a powerful measure to improve the living conditions of residents, improve the quality of life of residents, and build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society. In order to explore the harmonious development relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in Mianyang City, this paper combines the theories of planning, economics and humanistic geography, and obtains the indexes of urbanization and ecological environment to construct an evaluation system. This paper analyzes the comprehensive level relationship, coordination relationship and coordinated development relationship of the two systems in Mianyang City, and puts forward some suggestions to the districts and counties. The article is divided into seven parts: the first part is mainly to interpret the research background and significance of the article, and elaborate the research objectives, research content, research ideas and methods, and summarize the current research situation at home and abroad. Seek the research way which this article may draw lessons from and ponders; The second part mainly explores the interaction between urbanization and ecological environment. The third part is on the basis of the research results of previous scholars to build an index evaluation system, through the construction of mathematical models to calculate the comprehensive level of urbanization and ecological environment in Mianyang. The fourth part is to use the index statistical data to make the correlation analysis to the Mianyang city urbanization and the ecological environment present situation, by this understanding grasps Mianyang city urbanization and the ecological environment present stage evolution dynamics; The fifth part is the core content of the paper, this chapter mainly discusses the evolution trend and space-time distribution of the comprehensive level of urbanization and ecological environment in Mianyang, and evaluates the coordination degree of the above two systems. Based on the analysis of coordination degree, the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment is studied. The sixth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the actual conditions of the districts and counties; the seventh part is the summary and prospect of the article. Through the analysis of the study period from 2005 to 2014, the comprehensive level of urbanization and ecological environment in Mianyang City showed a trend of continuous growth, and its spatial and temporal distribution was different. The evaluation index of coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment in all districts and counties of Mianyang is upgraded from "imbalance" to "coordination", and most of them are in an ideal state of coordination.
