人居环境科学视角下热贡地区传统村落保护与发展研究

【摘要】：传统村落蕴含着丰富的自然资源和人文资源,是我国重要的人类生存载体之一,其保护与发展的情况直接关系到村民生活质量与中国传统文化的传承。然而,在传统村落进行保护和发展时仍面临不少问题,一方面是对传统村落保护与发展理论研究多局限于空间、文化等某单一领域,或在研究层次上较为单一;另一方面,传统村落保护与发展的实践过程中出现了文化衰败、经济发展动力不足、承载力弱等相关问题。因此系统地研究传统村落保护与发展在我国城乡建设中显得十分迫切和必要。本文选取热贡地区传统村落中地理位置相对集中、文化相互关联的郭麻日村、年都乎村、吾屯上(下)庄村、尕沙日村四个村子作为研究对象。四个村子目前均为各自为政的发展模式,因此缺乏对村落间相互关系、村落间影响力和区域整体观等方面问题的研究。为了解决上述问题,本文基于人居环境科学的整体观、系统观等核心思想,采用定性、定量相结合的方法建构传统村落现状分析体系。以现状分析得出的特征与问题为导向,结合“区域协同+村落配合”的规划思路,提出整体的保护与发展策略。充分发挥规划设计对传统村落保护与发展的作用,最终实现创造良好传统村落人居环境的建设目标。本文首先界定了基本概念,提出了研究思路和框架;其次,引入居环境科学视角,提出本文整体观的研究视角和系统观的研究方法,为全文奠定基调并提供框架;再次,通过人居环境五大系统阐明热贡地区传统村落现状;最后,运用层次分析法对热贡地区传统村落人居环境五大系统进行评价得出其特征与问题,提出热贡地区传统村落保护与发展的策略。
[Abstract]:Traditional villages contain rich natural resources and human resources, which is one of the important carriers of human survival in China. The protection and development of traditional villages are directly related to the quality of life of villagers and the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture. However, there are still many problems in the protection and development of traditional villages. On the one hand, the theoretical research on the protection and development of traditional villages is limited to a single field, such as space, culture, etc. On the other hand, in the practice of traditional village protection and development, there are some related problems, such as cultural decay, insufficient economic development power and weak bearing capacity. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary to systematically study the protection and development of traditional villages in China's urban and rural construction. In this paper, four villages in the traditional villages of Regong area, which are relatively concentrated in geographical location and interlinked with each other in culture, are named as "Nian du Hu Village", "Wu Tun Shang (Xia) Zhuang Village" and "Gasha Day Village" as the research objects. At present, the four villages are all self-governed development models, so there is a lack of research on the interrelationship between villages, the influence of villages and the whole view of the region, and so on. In order to solve the above problems, based on the core ideas of the whole and system view of human settlement environment science, this paper adopts the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to construct the traditional village present situation analysis system. Based on the characteristics and problems obtained from the analysis of the present situation, combined with the planning idea of "regional cooperative village coordination", this paper puts forward the overall protection and development strategy. Give full play to the role of planning and design in the protection and development of traditional villages, and finally achieve the goal of creating a good settlement environment of traditional villages. Firstly, this paper defines the basic concepts, puts forward the research ideas and framework, secondly, introduces the perspective of residential environment science, puts forward the research perspective of the whole view and the research method of the system view, sets the tone and provides the framework for the full text. Thirdly, the present situation of the traditional villages in Regong area is expounded through the five systems of human settlement environment. Finally, using AHP to evaluate the five systems of settlement environment of traditional villages in Regong area, the characteristics and problems are obtained, and the strategies of protection and development of traditional villages in Regong area are put forward.
