学校“制度德育”的道德困境及出路

【摘要】：当前,学校对制度之于道德的"作用域"并不清晰。制度的德育价值在于"止恶"和"扬善"。德育制度只能作用于学生的行为,但无法作用于学生的心灵和品格;可以导出"善行",但无法形成内在的"善性"。德育可以始于"制度",但不能仅限于"制度"。学生基于"善性"的真正的道德成长,德育的作用无可替代。真正有效的德育,需要从唤醒和培养学生的同情心入手。
[Abstract]:At present, the school system in the moral "scope" is not clear. The moral value system is the "stopping evil" and "good" behavior. Moral education system can only act on the students, but not in the student's mind and character can be derived; "good", but not "good" internal form the moral can be started in the "system", but not limited to the "system". Based on the students "good" real moral growth, the irreplaceable role of moral education. Moral education is really effective, need to start from the wake and the cultivation of students' sympathy.
