【摘要】:大学生正处在人生重要的发展、转折时期,了解大学生对生命的意义和价值的认识,对当代大学生拥有健康的人生具有重要的现实意义。生命意义感是个体对自己人生价值的感知程度,主要包含生活感受、生命态度、生活目标和自主感这样四个因素。研究结果表明,在处理生活中的挫折和压力事件时,高生命意义感水平的个体表现出采取比较积极的应对方式的倾向,普遍体验到较高水平的幸福感。本研究在文献分析的基础上,结合问卷调查法,采用生活目的测验、简易应对方式问卷、总体幸福感量表,选取河南大学540名学生作为调查对象,采用SPSS软件对数据进行了一系列的统计分析,得出以下结论:(1)大学生的总体生命意义状况处于中下等水平,47%的学生的生活目标及意义不明确,29.4%的学生处于生命无意义、无目的状态。(2)生命意义感总分在不同性别上差异显著。女生高于男生。(3)不同年级在生命意义感总分上存在显著差异。进行事后两两比较发现大四与大一、大二、大三分别存在显著差异。其中大四最高,大三最低。(4)生命意义感及其各维度在是否独生、家庭所在地、专业类别、家庭经济情况方面的差异均未达到统计学显著性水平。(5)大学生的生命意义感能够正向预测积极应对、主观幸福感。(6)积极应对可以正向预测主观幸福感。(7)生命意义感与消极应对显著负相关。(8)消极应对与主观幸福感显著负相关。(9)积极应对和消极应对两者在生命意义感和主观幸福感的关系中都能发挥部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:College students are at an important turning period of development, life, understanding of College Students' understanding of the meaning and value of life, has important practical significance to the contemporary college students have a healthy life. The meaning of life is the individual perceptions of the value of life, including feelings of life, life attitude, life goals and sense of autonomy four factors. The results show that in dealing with setbacks in life and stress events, the high level of the individual sense of the meaning of life showed a tendency to adopt more positive coping styles, generally experience higher levels of happiness. This study based on the literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, the purpose in life test. Simple coping style questionnaire, general well-being scale, 540 students from Henan University as the research object, the data of a series of statistical analysis by SPSS software, the The following conclusions: (1) the overall situation of College Students' meaning of life at a lower level, life goal and significance of the 47% students is not clear, 29.4% of the students in the life is meaningless, no purpose. (2) the meaning of life scores are significantly different in different gender. Girls are higher than boys (3) in different grades. The meaning of life there are significant differences in total score. After the comparison with the 22 big 4, 2, 3 respectively. There were significant differences among the four highest third lowest. (4) the meaning of life and its dimensions on whether only child, family location, professional categories, different family economic situation there was no statistically significant. (5) college students' sense of the meaning of life can positively predict positive coping, subjective well-being. (6) positive coping can positively predict subjective well-being. (7) the meaning of life and negative coping was negatively correlated (8). Negative coping is negatively correlated with subjective well-being. (9) positive coping style and negative coping style play a partial mediating role in the relationship between sense of life and subjective well-being.
