【摘要】:理论与实践结合教育思想是马克思主义教育思想的重要组成部分。我国的教育事业是在马克思主义教育思想指导下起步并不断发展起来的。本文以马克思主义理论与实践结合的教育思想为主线,探讨了理论与实践结合教育思想在中国的运用与发展脉络,建构了中国化马克思主义理论与实践结合教育思想的基本理论框架,以期对当前中国教育改革和发展起到借鉴作用。“为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出的人才?”著名的“钱学森之问”引发社会各界深思的同时,更是对我国长期以来教育问题的诘问。中国的教育到底出了什么问题?究其原因,最重要的问题在于我们的教育无论是在教育目标、教育内容还是在人才培养模式上都存在着理论与实践脱节的问题。针对中国教育存在的理论与实践脱节问题,本文从宏观、中观和微观三个层面展开研究。第一,从宏观层面来看,马克思主义理论与实践结合教育思想始终在指导着中国教育事业的改革和发展。中国教育实践过程也丰富和发展了马克思主义理论与实践结合的教育思想,我国教育优先发展战略思想、重视发展职业技术教育的思想、全面发展的教育方针和各种教育政策都是对理论与实践结合教育思想的继承和发展。第二,从中观层面看,人类社会实践是人的发展的基本条件,教育与社会实践结合是教育发展的客观规律。当今时代,教育与经济、科技等社会实践联系越来越紧密,教育与整个社会实践相结合具有了新的内涵和外延,教育通过与生产劳动结合、与革命实践结合、与科学研究结合的过程中不断推进社会文明和人的发展。第三,从微观层面看,教育作为一种根据社会需要提高人的身心素质发展的实践活动,主要是通过教学途径实现的。个体素质的提高和个性的自由发展是在理论知识教学和教学实践结合过程中实现的。针对新时期中国教育的时代使命和现实教学中存在的理论与实践脱节问题,研究如何在理论与实践结合过程中推进素质教育、加强实践能力和创新创业能力的培养是当前教学改革的重要任务和目标。本文从历史与现实相结合的角度,对中国化马克思主义理论与实践结合教育思想的形成、发展以及在教育改革中的运用进行了深入的分析。这不仅在推进马克思主义教育思想中国化的发展上有着重要的理论意义和学术价值,而且对于当前以马克思主义为指导,构建中国特色教育思想、指导中国教育改革实践有着重要的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The educational thought of combining theory with practice is an important part of Marxist educational thought. The educational cause of our country started and developed under the guidance of Marxist educational thought. On the main line of educational thought combined with practice, This paper probes into the application and development of the educational thought of combining theory and practice in China, and constructs the basic theoretical framework of the combination of Marxist theory and practice in China. In order to play a reference role in the current education reform and development of China. "Why our schools are always unable to train outstanding talents?" "the famous" Qian Xuesen's question "causes all circles of society to ponder deeply, at the same time, it is also the question of our country's education question for a long time. What is wrong with China's education in the end? The reason is that the most important problem lies in the disconnection between theory and practice in our education, whether in the educational goal, the content of education or the mode of talent training. In view of the disconnection between theory and practice in Chinese education, This paper studies from the macro, meso and micro levels. First, from the macro level, The combination of Marxist theory and practice has always guided the reform and development of education in China, and the process of educational practice in China has enriched and developed the educational thought of combining Marxist theory with practice. The thought of giving priority to the development of education in our country, the thought of attaching importance to the development of vocational and technical education, the educational policy of all-round development and all kinds of educational policies are the inheritance and development of the educational thought of combining theory and practice. Human social practice is the basic condition of human development, and the combination of education and social practice is the objective law of educational development. The combination of education and the whole social practice has new connotations and denotations. In the process of combining education with production and labor, with revolutionary practice and with scientific research, education continuously promotes social civilization and human development. At the micro level, education is a practical activity to improve the physical and mental quality of human beings according to the needs of the society. The improvement of individual quality and the free development of personality are realized in the course of combining theoretical knowledge teaching with teaching practice. Aiming at the epoch mission and realistic teaching of Chinese education in the new period. The disconnection between theory and practice exists, It is an important task and goal of current teaching reform to study how to promote quality-oriented education in the process of combining theory with practice, and to strengthen the cultivation of practical ability and innovative entrepreneurial ability. The formation of the educational thought of the combination of Marxist theory and practice in China, It not only has important theoretical significance and academic value in promoting the development of Marxist educational thought in China, but also has the guidance of Marxism at present. It is important to construct the educational thought with Chinese characteristics and to guide the practice of Chinese educational reform.
